Excellent service

Excellent service, always great products and kept in touch with me through the whole process until the items were delivered.
Customer service is spot on, couldn't ask for a better service.
Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Highly recommended.

I have nothing but praise for this company: products are of a consistently high quality, dispatch is speedy and customer service is excellent. Any queries or problems are dealt with in a professional and caring manner with the customer being put first.
I thoroughly recommend them.

Great small business

Having shopped with Summer Naturals for at least 10 years, they have been the only company that sells all of the natural cleaning ingredients, including White Vinegar in bigger quantities and at a great price that i require. I was shocked to find reference on Social Media regarding the company and a particular review on Trustpilot. This company is a wonderful company with excellent customer service.

Orders are always dispatched within their suggested time frame and often despite ordering the slower cheaper delivery option, parcels have been delivered on occasion the next day, this may be because i have been a regular customer, very much appreciated.

Products are always fresh and in good date although i once ordered a large container of a product which did go beyond the best before, my fault entirely for ordering too much and not using it fast enough, it was still suitable to use after the best before date.

Only on one occasion was a delivery delayed, they send an email when an order has been dispatched and then another with a delivery day, when the delivery didn’t arrive, rather than contact the delivery company I emailed Summer Naturals, considering they are such a small company i had very swift and helpful reply, the lady i spoke to apologised for the delay and said she would track the parcel and update. I was then sent emails with all of the tracking information and notes regarding the progress of the enquiry with the courier company so it was nice to see that my concerns were being addressed. I then received another email explaining that the parcel had been delayed due to heavy traffic and road works which is understandable and another apology. Also, if you order a ot and they can fit into one box or reduce the postage costs they send a refund for the excess paid. Excellent customer Service and a lovely company to deal with.

THE best customer service

THE best customer service you will ever get - anywhere! Summer Naturals go out of their way to ensure that each and every order is exceptionally well packaged and I have never once had anything damaged or even squished in transit, in spite of living overseas. Products are top quality and prices are the best out there. I trust them also to research the best delivery options for me. I am always extremely happy to order from them and know that I will be treated like a very valued customer. I have no hesitation in recommending Summer Naturals to anyone - super company to deal with!

Excellent service from point of order…

Excellent service from point of order to point of delivery , nothing was too much trouble. Excellent response to my initial questions before ordering. Living in a property that causes a logistical nightmare for most delivery drivers ( it's easy put my postcode in the sat Nav and it will bring you to my door) I seem to spend my life chasing up delivery. I explained this when ordering and it arrived without me having to chase which is an absolute pleasure. Thanks for all your help and excellent customer service ...look forward to ordering again .

Honestly disgusted

Honestly disgusted, I was supposed to get my order through when I was out, so I expected to find a note saying where to collect. Apparently, I had signed for it despite being out. I contacted SN regarding this, and they said if I return it I can have my refund. I explained I did not sign for it, but they did not believe me despite having proof. I was given wrong numbers and changing statements about what happened to my order, and when I finally fund the signature "I" had signed with, it looked nothing like mine, and was right-handed despite myself being a leftie. This was still not proof enough apparently, despite the fact that they did not fulfill their obligations as a company. After this I have been CC'ed in on emails between SN employees regarding myself, and talking about me in a defamatory way.

Seriously steer clear of them unless you want to have your name smeared and have to fight for it!

Dear Customer, thank you for your review, after reading all of the reports, emails and notes that have been stored for this particular order I can see that the initial email stated that you had not received the order of cleaning products which were for a gift. The parcel was tracked by an employee and you were informed that the order had been delivered and signed for. This is standard practice and as per T&C the courier company used do leave parcels at neighbouring addresses if a customer isn't home. You were told that as you had had to go out and buy an alternative gift that you could certainly return the cleaning products back to us. An email is sent to customers at time of dispatch and also details regarding delivery so that customers can change the delivery day or request that a parcel be left with a specific neighbour or in a safe place if they wish to go out or be out at the time of a delivery.

Your response was to immediately accuse us of disbelieving you and that you would seek a refund from Paypal if we didn't refund, which you did without allowing us any time to look into the matter. You let us know that you had been out between 10 and 3pm and had proof of this. At no time was it disbelieved that you hadn't signed for the parcel, as mentioned above, often parcels are left with neighbours. We made you aware of this in email and asked for confirmation of the address. You had before allowing us the chance to investigate applied to Paypal for a refund which was declined.

We checked all of the details and we had made no error with the delivery address and the GPS held by the courier showed the courier to have been to your property however we do accept that this is only accurate to approximately 10 yards. The GPS for the van was at the mouth of the culdesac where the parcel was being delivered to as access is limited, this was all checked by the courier company. We asked for you t check with neighbours and as you no longer wanted the parcel I arranged and let you know that the driver would collect the parcel for it to be returned back to us, this would have been at our expense as we at no time considered that you wasn't being honest. We thanked you for your patience whilst we sorted the matter out.

The driver returned to the address where the parcel has been signed for. The signature for the parcel which was a very carefully written full name was accepted not to be your signature. The delivery driver had said that the person signing for the parcel had been a female. At the time of the driver returning to retrieve the parcel from where it had been signed for, again the GPS recorded it was reported that whilst someone had been in the property the door wasn't answered.

During this time, we were appointed someone from the courier company to deal with the situation, we were asked to pass their telephone number to you, unfortunately an error was made with one of the numbers which resulted in you being given a wrong number, a genuine error at which time your responses became quite upsetting, the driver returned to the property yet again and yet again the door wasn't answered despite him being sure that someone was in the property.

You then supplied us with the proof of your journey on the day of the delivery and explained that you had had lunch in the public house which showed on your "proof" of whereabouts at the time of delivery, at no stage had we doubted that you hadn't been the person who had signed for the parcel. However we were then told that the public house where you had lunched - Bel & The Dragon has closed on 1st January 2018 and therefore lunching in that closed public house on the 20th April raised some concern.

You then used a policeman relative to email us from a personal email address, at this stage the police were notified by ourselves as this I believe is not allowed in the police force. The police officer I spoke to reported back eventually, explained that the police officer you got to contact us was deeply sorry for his behaviour and had not been fully aware of the full details. The Police were aware of the full details and advised us to contact Action Fraud.

When we investigate situations like this, we do update the system with all details of the the process, we believe that our customers should see the work we are doing and how things are progressing, having read those notes and the emails, there is no evidence whatsoever of your name being smeared or any employees talking about you at all, we do feel that customers like to know that we are working hard to resolve problems and not ignoring them.

I hope that this now clearly explains the situation again.
