Really bad experience! Avoid this salon!
Today I had a really bad experience in the salon! I’ve been a really loyal customer in this salon for the past 3 years. Due my inner disability i’m not able to wear mask for obvious reason and the new worker at the desk just try to force me to wait outside my turn if i wasn t wear the mask ( workers in there they were wearing the mask under the chin...so not the right way) I felt really discriminating in that moment expecially because the employee at the reception was shouting at me.
I won’t come back anymore I’ m sorry but i will share this my experience with all my family and friends.
I’m a retail manager as well and staff must be trained to understand if a customers is exempt to wear a mask he is exempt and that’s it, you cannot force to wear it also because not even ur staff members is wearing them in the right way
