I have been struggling to get in contact with Sunbet Casino's support staff, They have a support button where they redirect you but no one ever acknowledges your message. I have emailed them a number for times but no response. I have been sent a bonus code that trigger an error and cannot resolve it. Super frustrating

I am currently having nightmares dealing with sunbet I had 3 deposits done on 27 Jan and only one has been credited. The other two R500 and 300 has not as yet being credited. I have given sunbet everything they asked several time and to date I have not been credited. That support team is playing games or they are naturally incompetent.
I would like to report this to the police and open a charge of theft/ fraud against sunbet

They are taking deposits and not reflecting funding. Is the gaming board aware? How can they advertise their content on TV and abuse people through their scam and hoax gaming layer. Someone step in please

Its a scam, they accept deposit and refuse withdrawals. There's no reason to gamble with them. They force you to gamble till your funds finishes, no withdrawals just tricks and excuses.

Sunbet is a scam.. I've all documents they wanted to verify my account. After they verified my account even received an email saying that your account is fully fica verified.. When I withdraw they reversed my withdrawal then they said my account is not fully fica verified. When I go to live chat their agents said "we assure you that your account is fully fica verified and I can now withdraw", when I withdraw they reverse my withdrawal with the same email. They said I should upload my documents again on both email and on fica documents in my account, I did that. But they kept on reversing my withdrawal, and even blocked my account.. When I go to the live chat they said "your account is now under investigation, please give up 5 working days will respond you". Now it's been more than 5 working day and I've been sending endless emails they don't reply them.. On live chat they don't respond me at all, they even kick me out... Sunbet is a scam.. Yes they'll give you bonus but when you want to withdraw it becomes an issue. I'm very disappointed in sunbet because my account has a lot of money and I used my school fees money to fund my account :(

Sunbet is full of scam. They never take responsibility for any wrong doing. I made a withdrawal on Monday the 1st of february and nothing has showed in my account yet. I emailed them but they didn't respond, I even called but no one picked up. They take at least 8mins to come to live chat or not come at all. They expect you to just get tired and end the chat. I once bought a voucher for R80 and mistakenly punched R50, they accepted the voucher but only R50 was loaded. Sunbet is scam, please stay away.

Rubbish fake bookmakers with misleading promotional offers if you ever win they will restrict your account from having promotional offers and keep your winnings another evil bookmakers who steel people's money with no mercy. Pagans

Joke service! Would give zero stars if i could. Registered, they accept bets ok but if you win they ask you to verify before payout. No matter what id you send them will be refused so they can keep your winnings.
