What about the people that got tickets in good faith booked their train tickets only to be told 3 days later they couldn’t go !!!

I have played on the two slots, spent a total of 80 pounds, the bet was no more than 50 pence - No chance of getting a bonus. About similar sites, I have only one comment - Just avoid this smelly dump

If I could give more starts I genuinely would, I won a ticket to the Blackpool event held by SunBingo, and all I can say is Wow! What an amazing event that really was! From start to finish the whole weekend was just a blast! It was my first outing I did like that in 12 years, and I’m so glad I was part of it, the entertainment was fab, the hotel was beautiful, the food was literally fine dining!
My favourite part was meeting the hosts obviously, after years of getting to know them through chat and then seeing them and meeting them for real, those ladies are beautiful inside and out, and I adore them to bits.
And of course the rest of the Sun staff! They pulled it right out of the bag! Jim and Kal, I love you both too! And the players! I made friendships with players that I haven’t really spoke to before. Best weekend without a doubt! Here’s the next one right? Xx

A Huge thank you to Sun, you went above and beyond, am still on a high from the Blackpool wk-end, not only was the hotel first class, beautiful room, terrific food, entertainment was marvelous as was all the staff but our Sun hosts was so lovely, so pleasant, down to earth and a pleasure to have met them, nothing was too much trouble, n not to forget Jim and Kal.. Being able to put faces to players names was brill, every player i met was awsome, loved em all, so hats of to you SUN and all at the RUSKIN HOTEL.... Collywobble.

Was sad to see all the negative comments below I have been playing now on Sun Bingo for 10yrs.

So why am I still playing on the site if the things mentioned in previous comments were true.

Sure there have been a few issues but all the sites have similar and the CS team at Sun are on hand to try sort it out and are always so friendly.

Bit annoyed about the comments professing people were "Hand Picked" to go on the Blackpool Promotion , as you had to win a place on the trip, so can only assume that person was miffed they didn't WIN and its a case of sour grapes.

Iv played on nearly all the Bingo sites over the years and the fact im still playing with Sun Bingo after 10yrs should speak for itself.

Its a fantastic site to play on and hosts are very professional monitoring the the rooms and if I make a withdrawal its in my account within 2 hours,, So don't be put off by the negative comments.

Worse site going. DO NOT JOIN or if you have dont vote for them. Promos a joke as they never work and very poor. Site has loads server errors. Cannot buy tickets or deposit at times. Money delayed when trying to withdraw. Hosts have their favourites and do nothing but have smut talk and childish behaviour with their besties players and even message players in secret. Then you have dizzy lizzy who thinks shes a host and cannot keep her neb out of anyones business and does nothing but twist. Tries to do hosts jobs and hosts just sit on their butts letting her. Hosts havent clue how to run a chat room and have no idea on what promos or even events there are. Players begging all the time for tickets for this stuipd Blackpool events and none stop moaning until they get them. SITE IS A TOTAL JOKE.

Spent £10 and got free spins and extra credit. They are soo particular about which credit spends where. I won £225 and have to spend literally £215 of my own money to get it out to meet requirements.

Great site and maybe beginners luck but big win made me grin

The site need to employ a social responsibility team as its non existent. We have players who blatantly say they are using their childrens disability money to play on site. We have people who brag they have never worked yet spend hundreds each day , where do they fund this from ? i thought gambling sites were to look into money laundering ? Where are they getting money from ? you can look on facebook at peoples profiles and see who they are on the sun facebook page so why cant sun look into people who shouldnt be gambling

Been a member for a while now, win money last night and requested a withdrawal, today my account has been suspended. Called customer services to find out why, but they couldn't tell me just that my account as been permanently closed and I won't be receiving my winnings!!!!

Absolute thieves. Joined their site, had a nice big win off the Free Spins on sign up. Logged on today my winnings have disappeared. Asked Live Chat where they were and got some cock and bull story about "my activity"....whats "my activity"? I joined, I deposited, I won a huge amount and that its...everything perfectly legit.

But hey hum, what can we expect with anything associated with The Sun?

Terrible site if I could give no stars I would..I deposited £10 to play bingo I played one game and then was told I need to send proof of id which I did several times I received emails confirming my approval of id and address and the they have updated and verified my account...still I can't play or withdraw my money...I been round and round in circles still no joy...give my money to charity I'm sick of it all now..
