Overall very good, efficient and fast service
I placed my order on a Sunday and UPS made their first attempt at delivery on the Thursday. I didn't receive a confirmation email when I ordered which I thought was unusual, so I contacted customer service via their online chat tool. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and assured me that I would receive confirmation when the goods were dispatched – unfortunately this never happened, so I was unable to track my order and eventually had to fetch it from the UPS depot. This would be my only reason for not giving 5 stars. Otherwise, great service and superb value for money.

Authentic and timely delivery
A nice pair of authentic glasses which was delivered within a week by UPS. Glasses were properly packed and in the original casing and box. Highly recommended..

Everything was great with ordering and receiving (5 wd to Stockholm), but unfortunately the Ray-Ban Carbon tech was to small for my head, and that isn´t the Sunglasses-shop to blame. My best recommendation to the web-shop!

Good quality and price
Ordered Ray Ban Aviators with prescpription lenses. Took a bit longer to get them delivered than what's told on the page, but not to the extreme. The glasses were nicely put together and the thin lenses seem to be of good quality.

When ordering prescription sunglasses, the delivery time will be a bit longer because we need to glaze the lenses and get them fitted and tested in the frame before we send them to you. This procedure can take up to a few weeks during the summer when we have a high volymes of orders. We hope you like your new sunglasses though and that you will spend a lot of lovely time in the sun together this summer :)

I knew what I bought, but the price were cheaper and though the parcel was shipped from the UK to sweden it came here in a few days. Great service, fast delivery and cheap prices for quality goods.
