very happy saved over £30

I am suprised to see these ratings, as my experience was great. I ordered some ray bans for £94.40 from their sale section on Thursday which I tried on in John Lewis for £130. They came on the saturday morning with the postman, well packed in a nice pink bag. With bubble wrap and also a nice professional flyer. I'd recommend this company to everyone.

Avoid

Try phoning them and you will be greeted with a voicemail message stating that the mail inbox is full.

The only way you can contact their customer services department is by email and based on my experiences they will only respond with information if you are a prospective buyer or are threatening action against them.

I ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses and was informed that they had received the order and once the order had been dispatched I would receive another email. After a few days I attempted to contact them to get an update on the status of my order. I heard nothing for a few days. So I sent them another email (since you cannot call them) that I wished to cancel the order immediately. Some more time passed without reply. Only when I said I had contacted my bank to get a refund did they respond. After some comical responses relating to technical issues they eventually gave me a refund.

Save yourself a headache and buy from a more established and trustworthy retailer.

Toatlly Unacceptable Experience

Ordered sunglasses & money taken from bank account but nothing arrived.
No email to confirm order or delivery.
Tried emailing & calling to no avail.
Save your mony & buy from a trusted dealer
