Never received my order and my card company won't refund me DON"T ORDER FROM THEM

Never buy from this company!! Ordered sunglasses Jan 14,2018. Have consistently called and emailed. Have been told has been placed on priority status 3 times . Have not received my order. Have finally contacted my credit card company and they are looking into this. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS CO. AGAIN AND HAVE ADVSDED EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM!!!

Never shipped my order or refunded my money! Crooks!! Don't waste your time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE! I placed my order on 12/27. I've been put off, lied to, and hung up on. Now they won't even take my calls. Luckily, I paid through PayPal and can file a dispute claim. This company is a fraud and should be put out of business.

THERE'S DEFINITELY SOMETHING WRONG HERE.
ALL CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN SAYING THE EXACT SAME THING. THEY ORDERED GLASSES, NEVER SHOWED UP.
THEY TOOK MY MONEY, AND HAD NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT.

Have since then reported them to Better Business Bureau, on www. bbb .com hoping they will address the issues of many customers who have had similar experiences ordering from this company.

My biggest regret was not doing my job as an informed consumer and doing my research before making this online purchase. ALWAYS research reviews BEFORE handing out your credit card on a silver platter.

Have called over 10 TIMES, gotten through about 5 TIMES, and have complained to reps who seem to have been hired to lie each time providing false information and claims that the order has been "fulfilled", "shipped on Tuesday will be there in a couple days", "is on backorder", "takes a long time because it's from Italy", "we ship out hundreds of orders but we ship them out all at once". Don't get me wrong, all valid excuses UNTIL they start making promises like "you will get email confirmation/tracking number at the end of today", or "our CEO Samuel Florens will call you back today because he makes the shipments" Nope. Not at all. No phone call or anything. I've accepted that I have been scammed and now I need to move on and dispute the charge through my credit card. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON ANYTHING THEY SAY, NOT EVEN AN EMAIL, THERE'S DEFINITELY SOMETHING WRONG HERE.

DO NOT SHOP HERE AND IF YOU READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO, CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY.

Please do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from this web site. They will take your order and you will not hear from them anymore.

It’s been more than a month and I haven’t received my order, nor any update on its status. This is absolutely ridiculous and the worst service I have ever got from an online site.

So, I ordered my frames on the 28th of October and I have yet to receive any notifications about shipping or issues with my order. I work full time so I had to have my mom call them just to get some kind of communication. They told her some story about how they had to have the frames shipped from Italy and they would be here by the 22nd. Well it's the 27th as I write this and I still have nothing. No notifications or anything, the only thing that is certain is that they have my 100 bucks. It also seems there support email is ignoring me. On top of it all, to add insult to injury, while I have been waiting for a shipping email or any information on my order, I've been bombarded with these follow up emails begging for my review of the company instead of info on my order.

Ordered sunglasses three months ago and never received them. I am still fighting with them to get my money back. These people are a bunch of scammers.

It is a fraud!. Never ever purchase anything from them online. Fraud!!!

Ordered twice. Both times I didnt receive the product nether processed the return. Ultimately had to raise refund through Paypal.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Customer service is horrible! I bought a pair of glasses a month and a half ago and they haven't shipped them because they sold me something they do not have! I received an email telling me that they were on backorder and as soon as they were available I will be one of the first to received them. Well guess what, they have sent me that email 3 times now. When you try to email customer service they do a copy/paste of the exact same message they have sent you before. I definitely will be cancelling my order with my credit card agent.
