No cruise, refund, or communication, 50 days after they cancelled

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. DIRE. They cancelled my Nov 21st night cruise the day before and said by email and phone they would refund. 50 days later no refund. Messages by WhatsApp plus many emails ignored (bar 1 with apology but no action). Calls not answered. Hopeless would be an understatement. They don't seem to communicate within the depts/outlets they have. Gave them deadline to refund my £17 - not met. Contacted PAYPAL got fast refund agreement. Well done PAYPAL.
