Sierra Golf is NOT a holiday resort!

Sierra Golf is a residential urbanisation where most are permanent residents and all but a few are used as second homes. Sierra Golf is not a holiday resort! These people are advertising a villa in a residential area as a vacation home, suitable for groups of up to 12. They are even saying that youth football teams are using this villa and there has never been a football team in this house in a residential street. This is a gross misrepresentation of what one would expect in a holiday resort!

Disaster for owners

They offered me a special promotion and without my knowledge turned on Auto-renewal and charged me another year! Tha't wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't the fact that in that time

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A SINGLE INQUIRY

I don't know how it is for guests, but if you are an owner make sure to make a big loop around SunnyRentals

NON FIDATEVI!!!

Don't trust them!
I subscribed for a 2 months proof (43€) and they stoled me 345€ without saying nothing!!! I don't know anything about this payment!!!

Endless Unwanted emails from Marie Holm

We are so fed up with emails from this company we have tried to unsubscribe numerous times. Have written to them repeatedly and they still keep coming. If you list your property with them they will pester you for ever!

Rubbish for renting out

I was pestered for years and eventually gave them a try on a special discount introduction. I think it was £30 for two months - well it was worth a try. I immediately got another invoice for £50 - for what I dont know. I have had 0 enquiries and I am just waiting to see if they are going to try and charge me for a year when I have specifically asked not renew

Absolutely disappointing

I made a trial for 2 months in october 2014 .
I did not subscribe to anything else and did not consent to any renewal .
Nothwithstanding the company debited my creditcard consequtively for 2 annual subscription . I only discovered this beginning 2016.
I requested over many mails to give me proof that I accepted this auto renewal .
Standard answer : by advertising you have accepted our terms .
Well I did not when I put my listing on the site of Sunny rentals .
I also publicise on 2 other sites which are absolutely ok .
Also : over the period of 15 months : 0 enquiries .
( I did not expect any since I did not even realise my advert was still live ).
Also asked to remove my advert with immediate effect .
They are not doing that.

Horrible results

I am writing to express my supreme disappointment in this booking site.
For months I was contacted by James, over and over and over, to solicit my listing. I finally relented and posted pictures and descriptions etc Feb 2015.

I sent several emails indicating the fuzziness of the pictures and they said they could do nothing about it. I then had them loaded directly by a professional photographer. Still fuzzy.

This house has been designed by an architect that has been on the cover of Architectural digest 9 times. The US bookings have been non stop since we launched the house.

Sunny rentals.com has NOT received one inquiry. Not one. We wasted the $319 and all the time it took to get the site up and running.

I feel that will all the solicitation that we should be refunded our payment.
I doubt they will do so as they do not live up to their word.

Simple, affordable and lots of homes to choose from!

I like the concept!

SunnyRentals have made holiday renting easy and affordable.

As a user you want to have as much choice as possible (you get more than 100,000 homes for rent on SunnyRentals) and you want to feel secure throughout the booking process - SunnyRentals does that for you and that's why it works!

I will be using this page again in the future!

TO OWNERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am so disappointed in myself for not reading previous reviews on this website. I am an owner of properties and was contacted repeatedly by a person from sunnyrentals.com to subscribe to their website for 200 euro. After many attempts and many promises, this guy managed to convince me to subscribe. After I paid, and NEVER received an enquiry, I emailed them several times after a period of 6 months having no enquiries and I NEVER got a reply back from them to receive the so called 'guaranteed refund'. Be aware, they give promises that they don't keep after you subscribe with them.

Very good experience

If you have an idea of the house where you want to go on holidays with your family, friends, with you pair,.. undoubtedly, this one it is the best web page where you can find it. It is very simple and rapid. It allows yourself to contact directly with the offerer, it is very sure. Everything was to our taste, so we do not hesitate to repeat our experience!

Top marks for rental in Spain

We spent several weeks in Spain made possible by a listing on Sunny Rentals. The collaboration with the owner went smoothly and the local agent provided lots of information that was useful during our stay. We recommend this organization and would use their services again.

Owners beware!

We have had no bookings or enquiries for our holiday home through this company for over 12 months. They then automatically renewed my subscription using my credit card and charged double the initial rate. DO NOT USE!

These advise you that your subscription will be automatically renewed, unless you deactivate this feature. You can read more under 'Subscription Renewals' in our terms: http://www.sunnyrentals.com/terms/advertiser-terms

SunnyRentals is a subscription advertising business and we renew your advert subscription unless you have turned off auto-renew in your owner account. In you owner account you are always able to set your setting regarding auto-renew and payments. Your subscription was set to auto-renew and therefore the subscription renewed.

We always send you a reminder that your subscription will be renewed automatically before the renewal date, so that you are able to deactivate your subscription renewal if you would prefer it not to renew. I can confirm that this email was sent to you on August 22nd. This means that you were made aware of the auto-renewal before it was made without taking action.

Terrible company - Avoid advertising your property here

I completely concur with reviews left below. I have contacted the company regarding complete absence of enquiries (May 15 subscription). They have no telephone support and only send a standard email response. When I "signed" up I was told about the enquiry guarantee and decided it was probably worth proceeding on this basis. As the comments below I was not referred to a Terms and Conditions.

Following my latest email I was told that the Enquiry Guarantee would be noted on my invoice. IT IS NOT. Therefore I guess I am not covered under their supposed guarantee. I am not wasting any more time on this company and not spend any more time tweaking the useless advert.

I have also spoken to a friend who has had her property listed, fulfilling all criteria and not been issued a refund.

Having experienced their customer service I would also be concerned if I were a client renting properties through this company - beware?
