I thought it would be easy to edit music files and prompt music I want to create, because free version of suno worked fine for non editing purposes. But after I paid for a year subscription, I found out, that their editor tool is very user unfriendly. It doesn't follow prompts and making changes is very difficult. It doesn't understand what you want from it, you can't communicate with it, like with other AI tools. After 1 month, Suno unsubscribed me and refunded, therefore, I add them a star.

Keep charging my checking acct every hr, charges all showing Jan thru Feb billing, all same thing at $30 each, monthly billing....never heard of suno name in my life, reported to FBI, COO, And CTF

I wanted to like this service, but the user experience is a total train wreck. Here is the breakdown of why you should save your time and money:
​Mobile App is Garbage: It is easily the worst app I’ve used in years. It’s missing basic features, there are zero guides to help you navigate the mess, and the UI is a confusing labyrinth.
​Desktop is Only Marginally Better: While the desktop site actually loads, managing your library is a nightmare. There is no bulk delete option; you have to manually select every single song. To make matters worse, the pages don’t auto-refresh, so you constantly find yourself trying to delete the same track over and over because it’s still sitting there on your screen.
​Account Ghosting: I have "Personas" showing up in my account that I never even created. The kicker? You can't even delete them. It feels like you don't even have control over your own profile.
​Zero Support: If you run into a problem (and you will), don't bother looking for help. There are no guides, no documentation, and the support team is completely non-existent. You're effectively shouting into a void.
​Low-Fidelity Audio: Even if the site worked perfectly, the music quality is marginal at best. Most of the tracks have this distracting background noise that sounds more like a washing machine or a hairdryer than actual instruments. Also the volume of the tracks change constantly. One minute loud, next low, and never a constant. The site offers you very little in control of music making it self.
​This feels like a "cashectomy" for your digital wallet—they take your money for a subscription, but leave you with a broken product and a headache. Avoid this until they actually decide to hire a UX designer and a support team.

I paid for the Pro plan. It worked for one day - maybe two. In that time, it rejected completely innocuous lyrics as "inappropriate" - lyrics about two people who met playing table tennis! Then, after the first day or two, it acted like it didn't know me, tying my phone number to some other strange account with only free access. I got the standard AI-generated "we'll get back to you someday when it's all sorted out..." response when I wrote them about the problem, and now a week later and I've still heard nothing. They have my $100+ dollars and seem unconcerned about the fact I can't use their platform.
Oh, and if you use a VPN -- good luck, they bounce you via cloudflare to a 'forbidden' page, or your page simply won't load.

I have been ignored by support for 3 weeks now for a refund. Below sea level customer support handling.

I am just reading the reviews now and realised that i f***ed up, i wish that i read the reviews before subscribing. Now my money is gone and no response from the support team. But i think suno ai can be charged to court, i will speak with my lawyers because this is pure fraud. Unless they are not based in the united states like it was said.

Got their most expensive subscription and it does not work.
I tried 10+ times to upload my own audio, and each time is says upload not possible. Then read the reviews so won't even try to get my money back, great commercials though it tricked me.

Money was deducted from my card without providing the subscription I paid for.
No active subscription, no clear solution from support yet.
I expect an immediate fix or a full refund.
I do NOT recommend this service until this issue is resolved.

Let me start by saying that so far I have enjoyed the use of this platform. Being able to hear my songs arranged and sung in great styles is so exciting. I'm just trying to see what help I can get here. I paid $30 for my credits and pro subscription and have not heard back from suno. They say they are busy and back logged. it's been a week and I cannot get my pro subscription back. Ive loaded a lot of my songs up there and have a lot of work to do. Im not downing their services but I want to get my subscription back and have no one to go to because I have not heard back after paying. Someone please help.

This music maker is very, very good, I read online that the auto instrumentals are repetitive but I have not found them so, and for me is having a good knowledge of the English language, using apostrophes etc, not always using the same lyric format, like if a verse has four lines and 4 rows and you do the same again it will throw something near your other songs, so varying stops this happening, also use a bridge to break it up with different voices etc makes the possibilitys endless, I can't fault it!

I know almost nothing about AI. Still, I had lyrics that I have been wanting to use in a song. I searched for a platform and without looking at the reviews (thank goodness) I picked Suno. My first effort took about 30 minutes, or less. With minimal guidance, Suno took my words and made them into a song that has astounded all my friends (and me). Everyone says it needs to be on the radio just as it is. The qualities of the sound and the singers are perfect. Still, I will be looking for a "live" musician to record it in whatever style they want. I don't know how to share it with you, but it may just sell you on Suno. If they are wise (smile) Suno will contact me to let me know how.

WARNING: They Take Your Money and Disappear. Avoid at All Costs!

My Experience (Theft of Service):
I purchased an annual subscription. After my first logout, I was permanently locked out of my account because their SMS verification system never sends the code to my phone. For an entire month, I have sent three separate emails to their support. I received only one automated reply, followed by complete silence. They have my money, and I have zero access to the service I paid for. This is a clear-cut case of digital theft.

Regarding the AI Itself (If You Could Actually Use It):
During the brief period I had access, the quality was wildly inconsistent. Out of roughly 20 generation attempts, only about one (1) produced a decent, average-quality composition. The rest were mostly unusable. The technology is experimental and unreliable, but that is the least of the problems.

The Real Problem: A Complete Scam Operation
The AI's mediocre quality is irrelevant when the real product is the scam. SUNO operates as follows:

Take your payment (preferably for a full year to maximize the theft).

Ignore all customer support requests.

Provide zero technical assistance, even for critical account access issues they themselves cause.

Keep the money.

I paid directly from my bank account in a country where consumer protection pressure against such international companies is difficult. They know this and exploit it. I have come to terms with the fact that my money is simply gone.

Final Verdict:
This company are thieves. Their business model relies on taking payments and offering no meaningful customer support. The technology is not worth the risk, frustration, and high likelihood of financial loss.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. RUN.

What I Paid For: Annual Subscription
What I Received: Stolen money and a locked account.

This is genuinely the most harmful app that has ever been built. I have not had a direct experience with it but it has begun making its way onto streaming services and stealing jobs of hard working musicians. I do believe in decentralized AI usage for medical fields and optimization but this is going too far. AI is a source built to do the things humans don't want to do. Not to replace us in the creative industry while making emotionless garbage. I would give advice on how to better this product but frankly it should just be taken down. There is no amount of fixing that would make Suno AI a positive influence on creative arts or anyone for that matter. All it is doing is replacing humans, taking up space, and wasting away billions of dollars on something nobody asked for.

I paid for pro plan by enabling Autopay through Google play. I paid but it had reflected in the app. I am keep on sending messages to Google play and Suno. Suno's response was only automatic and no one bothered to attend and solve the issue. It is almost going to be a month.

Been locked out of my account that I'm paying for for over 5 months now. Ticket times are over 45 days long at this point and it's a fraud and theft. The company has like one support guy and they won't even help you. Look up their support and you'll see countless examples of them stealing money from people by charging them and not giving them access to what they paid for. Sometimes hundreds of dollars are being stolen at a time.

I'm utterly blown away at all the bad reviews about suno.com. For me it's been a life changer. I've been a musician for over 50 years. Can't sing and can't dance but like to write and currently not in a band and this website by far exceeded my expectations and is worth every penny. And I've tried tons of these type of programs and websites. And in my opinion none even come close. I don't get it. But as they say to each their own.

This is for completely talentless wannabees.. For the love of god stop using AI for creative endeavours. Stop using it full stop..

I've just got refunded after they charged me for another month(even if I don't have annual subscription). It took a while though and waited very long for any reply from them, I also opened dispute in my bank, idk how it influenced final reply. Beside of this I am happy with what I generated, when I generated some other song, i found melodies repetitive
