I ordered more pool pain because I ran short. I ordered on Sunday the 19th expecting the order to ship Monday. On Tuesday I still had no tracking # so I called customer service and was told our warehouse was closed yesterday so it hasn't processed. "Can you put a rush on this?" No. "Where is your warehouse?" I don't know she answers. She had zero concern for me as a customer. She said to check back with her on Thursday if I still didn't have tracking. I paid more to get the product faster and it appears I wont even get it when I needed it.
Inaccurate website listings
They advertise a free small light with the SR Smith kits that include lights and transformer. The free light is no longer included. It took weeks to finally get what they advertised, but they did not want to provide it. They still haven't changed the language on their site.

Was told that a 920 cable would would fit a 930 prowler. Communication cable did not fit. Paid to ship it back and was charged a restocking fee.

When the item was returned they said the packaging was written on and they had to replace it so charged my $75+.The packaging was perfect, when I opened it I realized it was wrong so contacted for return. Could not complete order twice because of "internal fraud software". Called multiple times to order over the phone or prove it was not fraud and got ZERO HELP. I asked to speak to a manager and again was told they could not help resolve the issue but to order again. Like an idiot I did. It tied up 7k for a month and still no heater. It's cheaper for a reason. This was a ridiculous experience. If the price is too good to be true..... You get what you pay for. Ordered from another company after waiting 2 weeks and had a heater in 2days!!!!! For a business this was extremely important. Do not trust this company.

Best price you can find. OEM part. Super fast delivery. My pool guys said they couldn’t even get this part for themselves at their cost for the price Sunplay sells them for. Honestly, what sold it for me though was the shipping. My heat exchanger developed a leak and no one had faster shipping. I was willing to pay more if another company had faster shipping, but turns out, Sunplay had the fastest shipping at the lowest price. Im super impressed. Customer for life here.
