Sunrise Glazing has provided me with a great, local and professional service. I had to replace my back windows for my house and their work was perfect. The surveyor had gotten in contact with me and he had given me an amazing price alongside with the fitters who had provided with quick and efficient work. Would definitely come back for their services.

Thank you for the French doors and window replacement for our whole house. The surveyor helped us choose our options and Sunrise installed within a couple of weeks. Would recommend Sunrise Glazing!

Worst company ever! They will take your money and leave work unfinished.No answering to your calls. Wished I had checked google reviews before hiring them.
Regret paying them full amount before job was finished.

We have been arguing with this company for years after they have not completed our job, make a mistake of paying them in full. Avoid at all costs they are useless and time-wasters. Their workmen are rude and don't listen just do what they want then leave and we have to keep begging them to come back and fish what we need them to do.

Use this company at your peril. I just wished I had checked their google reviews before paying them a deposit and getting them to install new windows and doors in my property. The three windows they managed to finish were all installed incorrectly and after multiple promised visits where they didn't show up and only after informing them that I do have their personal details and personal addresses did I manage to get movement. I eventually got the three windows correctly fitted and they even had the audacity to call me asking when they can come and install the remaining windows that aren't even measured correctly so if installed this inept would cause more serious problems. These guy have no knowledge of the window business they reside in another window company's office, buy their product and attempt to install. Anybody defrauded out of their hard earned money by this company better start legal proceedings and ensure you have some personal details to reclaim your funds back!

We ordered windows for the first floor of our house from them which were supposed to be installed on Saturday. On the Friday evening after we had shifted all belongings to the ground floor we got a call saying they cancelled saying the fitters had cancelled. Booked another appointment for 2 weeks time on a Saturday and this time cancelled on the Saturday saying the fitters has been in an accident. We asked for refund but said our windows had been made so refused to give us one. As they obviously couldn’t do weekends we booked a week day after many, many phone calls we finally got them to commit they would be coming on the weekday they promised. When fitters finally arrived late on the day in question we asked them why they kept cancelling at the last minute and they said it wasn’t them, the windows had only been made a the night before. The director and customer service staff are very rude and tell you lies after lies. Not happy with the windows as they are poor quality. They make promises but don’t have the staff to deliver. Be warned…

I had my windows changed by SUNRISE GLAZING from SOUTHALL, which came out to be WORST fitters and FALSE promises for any WARRANTIES/GUARANTEES. The fitter they contracted are very unprofessional and untrustworthy. It has been more then 4 years I am battling to get my job rectified and so many emails sent with pictures but no responses. As my property is not within their reach, NO one can come here. Spoke to their staff and they were not bother for me to put comments on this web site. This shows they will take your money, but after care is WORST. I WILL DEFINITELY ''NOT'' RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY BUSINESS.
