We are absolutely delighted with our new doors, which were installed about 5 weeks ago. From our initial contact with Tony in sales to our interactions with Paul and Dee in the office, the entire experience has been fantastic. The survey was conducted promptly, and the doors were installed a week earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.
I would also like to extend my gratitude to the installation team, who were punctual and maintained a tidy workspace throughout the installation process.
Thank you once again for our beautiful doors and for allowing us to enjoy the lovely birds in our garden.
We would gladly recommend your company to anyone interested in our doors.

We had two sets of doors fitted 7 years ago. Last week, one of the rod ends broke on the main entrance door. We reported the problem on Saturday, and the engineer arrived on Monday at 10.30 am. Excellent service!

Very Impressed. Today the guys from SunSeekers came and fitted my 4 panel ultra slim glass doors. The door looks stunning. I don't usually write any reviews but I'm so happy with their service that I want to give them some credit.
When I first contacted sunseekers I was a little bit worried because of older bad reviews they have on trustpilot which nearly put me off buying from them. But because they were one of the only few companies that offer ultra slim frame doors I wanted to go ahead. Also the price I paid is a bargain, I paid about £4800 inc VAT while I was quoted nearly £8000 to £12000 from other companies.
I was a little bit suspicious so I decided to go and see their factory, as they are only 30 miles away from me. I went there and they showed me the doors and how they operate, I thought I will go for the deal even if they don't deliver within the 5 weeks promised.
Once I placed the deposit they came 10 days later to do the measurements. After two weeks I called to ask about delivery time, i thought i put the pressure from now so they can do it quicker but I was so surprised when they said that they will come in 3 days to fit the doors. The whole process didn't take more than 4 weeks. Amazing doors, amazing service.
Thanks very much guys well impressed

We had ultraslim slide and pivot doors installed in 2021. The doors are amazing and are a talking point. We have been very happy with them.
However, the locking mechanism failed a couple of days ago and our property left unsecured. After sending a service request an engineer attended within 2 days to rectify the situation. I feel the customer service has been exemplary. We now have working doors. I have been very pleased with the quick and effective action taken by Sunseeker Doors Service team. Thank you

We were really apprehensive ordering doors online. Especially when reading some of the mixed reviews we found online about them. Despite the initial tension, the whole process went smoothly; from quotation to installation. Tony was a great help guiding us through everything. The doors were fully installed in about 4 weeks which is far quicker than any competitors. The installers were friendly, albeit not the most communicative. Really happy with the doors, have had many positive comments from friends and family.

Great product. Good quality and looks fabulous. We had floor to ceiling narrow profile slide and turn in a 5m wide opening. Installed effectively and, following some bedding in, recently adjusted. Effective service.

We purchased 5 slide-and-pivot slim doors from Sunseeker in July 2019. We chose Sunseeker following a friend’s recommendation and having done our homework we decided that Sunseeker offered the best design with the slimmest profile between the glass panels.
They completely changed the ambiance of our home with light pouring in our lounge. My favourite bit is that there is no sound coming through and during very stormy weather, I enjoy watching the outside chaos of tress branches moving wildly whilst being warm inside without any sound distracting the spectacle. It’s like watching a silent movie!
Being a small company, it is not always easy to speak with them but they’ve always replied to our emails and sent their staff when we needed their assistance.
We love our doors! And we are pleased we chose Sunseeker.

We had 15 slimline doors installed a couple of years ago - they are amazing... unfortunately we ordered these through COVID so there were some delays. These doors are amazing !! we even contacted Sunseeker earlier this year to do a quick maintenance check and they came within a few weeks - we are even thinking about getting our lounge doors replaced with these slimline doors

We had Sunseeker Doors fit our doors two years ago, and we regret not doing it sooner. The service was impeccable, with a keen eye for detail. Opening all the doors on a sunny day completely transforms our home and impresses everyone who visits. They truly add that 'wow' factor to our home!

I have beautiful pivot and slide patio doors, which were installed in June 2014. Disappointingly not long after they were installed I had to request a service visit (under the warranty) to tighten up the doors as a gap had appeared. Then in March 2021 I had to request a visit to do the same. I paid £132 for the visit. Then this year March 2023 ( exactly 2 years later) I put in a service request as a gap has appear again, I was given a service requested number but nobody got back to me. So in April I emailed and requested a visit giving my request number. Now here I am at the end of September still waiting! I have had sad personal issues so have not chased up but now winter approaches. I phoned the company and spoke to a very confident person who told me they now have a new set up for service requests and told me to resubmit my request……I have done this let’s see what happens, please don’t let me or yourselves down.

We have had our ultra slim sliding and folding doors (with integral blinds) from Sunseekers Doors for approx 5 years. The doors are bespoke to the size we needed and we initially visited the factory in Luton before deciding to go ahead. The doors look very stylish in anthracite grey (receiving lots of compliments) and are well made (as well as being very functional). Last year we noticed a fault in the integral blinds in one of the windows as the blind failed to close properly as usual. Although it took them slightly longer than expected to arrange an engineer (I understand due to some unforeseen logistical issues), to their full credit they arranged for an engineer to come around, to remove the existing window (replacing this with a temporary window for a period of time), and to arrange for a new bespoke glass window and integral blind to be manufactured and installed when ready, identical to the original. Following the installation there was a slight adjustment that needed to be made and they promptly sent around an excellent engineer (Adrian and a colleague) who very efficiently and professionally fixed the issue. Although customer service accessibility and response times could definitely be improved (and seemed to be going through a particularly challenging time due to what we understand to be unforeseen staffing issues at the time, which required some patience to deal with) we remain very pleased with our doors and are also very satisfied that Sunseekers Doors were able to replace our window and blind nearly 5 years later in a professional and courteous manner.

Hi, not a review but I cannot get any reply from the Luton number or the emails when asking about fixing my bifold door locking mechanism. Is this company trading? I have tried 3 times now.
Any help? 07881650091 .

We visited the factory to see the doors as I could not visualise them properly from the pictures. Our door were installed on date promised, when installer left we realised there was a small gap and we telephoned the next day. A service appointment was booked but unfortunately on the day cancelled. They came at the next booked date and it was our original installer, he fixed the gap and showed us how to do it ourselves should it happen again. It was an easy fix and i said they should put a video on the site to explain how to do it. So far a positive experience and I would have given 5 stars but for the cancelled appointment

Ordered 2 sets of doors doors costing over £5,000, one not sealed while a large gap in the locking mechanism causes draft on the other.

The doors are beautiful to look at - much lighter frames than traditional bi-folds. I installed 2 sets of three door windows and am delighted with how they look. They were installed quickly and efficiently - I was very pleased with the service.

Do not use. Horrendous customer service - slow, unprofessional, unresponsive, unapologetic, unsympathetic.
Still having problems a year later. Shame,
as we loved the Sunseeker slide and pivot doors, but now wish we’d used any other service provider. 😞
1. Sunseeker Doors had to come out and refit our bespoke patio doors (very slowly and consistently late) three times over several months as they had measured the space incorrectly, and one set of doors were built without internal blinds.
2. One panel ‘fell out’ of the frame, weeks after fitting, due to a fault, almost landing on the family dog
3. A large visible gap developed between the frame and closing mechanism leaving us unable to lock the door! and open to the elements during winter. Freezing. Took weeks to come out and fix.
4. After suffering months of excessive condensation that has damaged brand new wooden flooring, Sunseekers finally came out to retrospectively fit trickle vents only to tell us that there is no space to do so (they measured and fitted the doors into a new build - three times due to their errors). The doors are fitted into a brand new, well insulated house - condensation is so bad that water washes down the windows and has damaged the floor. Having failed to address the condensation problem, Sunseekers are now completely uncontactable, and we are left with an indoor water feature.

Shocking customer service - beware
I had three sets of bi-fold doors fitted in 2009.
In August last year one of the turn knobs on a door broke.
I noted this in an email but had to pay for a service visit to get anything done. Two technicians brought a new lock which was not the problem (as I had stated in my email) and left having not fixed the problem but told me I should contact the office to see if a part was available. They jammed the door shut with a piece of plastic and told me not to open it.
I emailed to discuss this further and complained that I had paid for a visit and the repair was not done. They sent me a cheque as a refund but did not answer my question as to whether or not the door could be repaired. I emailed numerous times asking for an answer and been ignored and telephone messages have been unanswered.
I have spent years recommending this company (including to my brother who is a builder and I know he has used them) but I won’t be doing it again.
I just needed to know if the door could be repaired but it seemed impossible to get a answer.
In desperation I sent emails to as many email addresses as I could find and finally got a reply.
”We sent you the refund , as we do not make that door system or stock parts or have engineers that have knowledge of that system
The company has changed hands and trading name since you purchased the doors 14 years ago
Sorry we can not help“
Great - so now I have a door that I can’t open and will have to find a way to fashion a repair myself.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced so I would advise anyone thinking of having patio doors fitted to look elsewhere.

Had doors fitted 5 years ago. One of the hinges broke and they had an engineer (Adrian) round within 24 hours. Great service. Thank You.

We had 2 sets of doors fitted 8 years ago. Last week one of the rod ends broke on the main entrance door. We reported the problem on Saturday and the engineer turned up on Monday at 10.30am. Great service!!
