Ordered from them, had money taken from my account and had an email confirming goods had been shipped on 29 Nov but didn’t receive items until 20 Dec. Attempted to contact via email, social media and telephone as I was worried I wasn’t going to be sent the items but there was no reply. When I did get them in the post one of the items had leaked quite a lot. Overall a bit of a stressful experience!
Did not receive the goods! I placed an order in December and got an email saying they would contact me when items are dispatched. They took my money out of my account and I haven't heard anything since. They don't have a telephone number so I have emailed them 5 times. No response. I made an instagram page to contact them via that platform. No response. After reading Instagram posts, it seems I am not the only one who has been scammed.
I ordered from this company as I saw a reference to them in an article about Black British owned companies. I am really upset this has happened when I was trying to support. Very disappointing and I am out of pocket.
