Contacted the customer service multiple times.

Nobody seems to respond. Do I have to start calling the UK offices all the time to get a response?

WORST SERVICE EVER. FEELS WORSE THAN A 3rd WORLD COUNTRY THE WAY THINGS ARE HANDLED.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7, much cheaper than other online stores in my country. Communication is good, you get conformation about your purchase immediately and you also receive time period when your product will be shipped. It took approximately 2 weeks until I got my phone (order is placed on 30 aug. phone received on 11 sep.) . I have good experience with this store, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Most dishonest online shop ever.
They remove any negative review on their website, leaving only 5 stars. I hope they sink to the bottom of the internet.

Worse company ever, just order from bol or wehkamp, media Markt or whatever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Pay a little more, because returning and garantie is a joke. They sell some second hand item that is broken after a couple of weeks, they demand a video proof etc, and you have to keep everything from packaging (who does that? You have my info that I bought it, in bol you just need the item). They really don't want you to return stuff, even when it's broken. You will waste your time and money ordering from this shop.

I have contacted customer service about my order. Now it has been 3 months, they said that they did not receive any reply from DHL since my complain that the package was not delivered and no one signed on the delivery status either. This is ridiculous! I ordered an instax camera and instax photo paper for my wedding, it has never been delivered. I ordered a 1,5 month in advance prior to my wedding and 1 month after my wedding, it has never been delivered nor reimbursed!!! DO NOT TRUST this online shop! I ordered another instax camera via coolblue, slightly more expensive but it takes only 3 days to be delivered!!

The delivery said that it would take only few days but it has been almost one month, I have never received this although the status of this delivery has been received. I called DHL but they asked me to contact Superaankoop for claim to DHL. I emailed SuperAankop but no reply from them & it has been 4 days!!!

This is the first time I made order from them. I bought from them because the price is competitive but the website is not reliable!

ordered Nintendo switch, received it in the box with only Chinese letters and instructions....the actual box was not original.
contacted client service, asked to return for free (because they never mentioned in advance this is what i am getting).
they could not give any appropriate answer, could not promise free return and at the end just STOPPED ANSWERING AT ALL.

Amazing! After one week, ordered on Wednesday and received the followed Wednesday, the item arrived in a very well packaging. Amazing and absolutely trustable. Faster than other sites as Aliexpress, but with similar prices, really good.

Ok... So I bought a GoPro Hero 6 Black from these guys.
The PRICE for the GoPro was 335 euro instead of 429!!!!
HUGE discount!!

Here is how the order went down:
I ordered it April 7th... it arrived April 18th. That's 11 days delivery time.
I send them an email on the 16th of April asking for an update, I got an email back the next day saying the item had been shipped.
The box that the GoPro came in, was slightly damaged. (the GoPro is in perfefct condition and works great!!)

So would give 4,5 stars. (I cant, I can only give 4 or 5, so i'm going with 4)
I don't know why it takes so long to deliver, but at a 22% discount of a top of the line VERY desired camera, that doesn't need to be sold at any discount at all!! I am very grateful for them for getting me this camera. I highly recommend them.

IF you need rush delivery, or a guarantee that box arrives in pristine condition, then you may want to think twice about ordering here

Ordered an iPhone a week ago. Still hasn't arrived. Awful customer service. I recommend you do not use this company.

Almost 10 days (29.01.2017) passed since a made an order and still no updates, but at website they promes ship you order maximum in 78 hours... Alright. What about their online support? Two letters from different emails was sended in two last days, and guess what? No answers. Nothing.
