I have placed an order on the 9th of December for my child Christmas present worth over £140.

It's the 2nd of Jan, I still haven't received my order, no one responded to my emails, their website seems to be not working. I'm really afraid that I've lost my money. Please stay away from them. It looks like it's a scam!!!!

I contacted this company to inform them that the air fryer I had purchased little more than six months ago had stopped working. I was sent a pre paid returns label and I received a replacement product within a week of returning faulty item. Therefore I am very satisfied with the service received and feel it is right to give credit when it is due

Terrible experience, do not trust or use this company. They have refused to accept a return of an expensive item that does not meet their sales description, they sold it without a manufacturers warranty in place and are not even authorised dealers!

Order a brother p-touch handheld label printer. I kept an eye on dispatch and delivery and the status never changed from ‘unfulfilled’ so I rang them, a guy an Indian guy answered the phone, no company name announcement so I had to ask if it was said company. After him sounding like her didn’t have a clue what he was doing he said it was coming directly from the manufacturer (didn’t say this on the website) and it would be dispatched either Friday or Monday. Checked the details Friday evening and I have been refunded with no explanation at all! I was very dubious about ordering from here but did because of the feedback online, the fact they had a telephone number and the fact that the item was a good price. Wouldn’t recommend and certainly wouldn’t buy from again! Save your time effort and money and buy elsewhere

Just used this Company was a little nervous re past review but got to give a chance if product is good & good price. Must say seamless transaction, Dualit Architect toaster & kettle best price by far. Great communication, here within 48 hrs well packed in sustainable wrapping, packaging. Will definitely use this company again thank you. .

Dodgy company not to be trusted.
I ordered a pair of Nerf Guns for my nephew. When I ordered no shipping timeframe was given and when I emailed the reply was awful, like a 10 year old IM message. The product arrived, the packaging was damaged and bleached like it had been stored for ages. But even worse was the guns had been taped into the box using packaging tape, one was loose with tape just wrapped around it, the tape left sticky residue over the guns, they were also scratched and damaged. I emailed them, twice and never got a reply. I spent time cleaning them up and made them look presentable but it was a disgusting service, clearly a used product which was not how they were presented on their website. Do not use them

i was a little bit nervous about using this website as i stumbled across it on google and could not find any reviews of it anywhere hence the reason im leaving this review so others kno it can be trusted im very happy with my purchase item received in good clean condition will highly recommend to freinds and family by far the cheapest anywhere my daughter will be very happy at christmas
