When I called to address that they shipped the wrong bulbs, their Customer service reps were arrogant and combative. I will never be back

When a customer contacts us regarding an incorrect item, our team must first verify whether the wrong part was shipped or whether an incorrect part was ordered. This process helps ensure we provide the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Our records show that an RMA was issued on May 15, and a prepaid return shipping label was provided at no cost. We received the returned item on May 22. Upon inspection, the part returned matched the part number listed on the confirmed sales order.

Following the inspection, a full refund was processed on May 22, and a credit memo was issued for your records.

We apologize for any misunderstanding or frustration that may have occurred during this process. Providing courteous and professional service is important to us, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Would recommend this company and product!

my experience was great. Staff was very helpful in double checking my purchase list to ensure I had all the right pieces in place so when I installed the lights I could complete the project. All in all, it took me a little over an hour to install all of the lights. Had a little hick up with connecting one of the wire to light accessories, I'm thinking it had to due with polarity
