I took out a pay monthly SIM in August and the whole process has been smooth. The transition was easy and I was able to keep my number with no trouble. I wouldn't look to go with any other provider now. When I got in touch with the staff for some support on live chat they were really helpful too.

Excellent porting timescale advice
Just received my new SIM and wanted to know when best to activate as my current one is paid up for the next 8 days. Nazia helpfully explained that it takes 2 hours to activate and 2 days to port number, so best to wait until next week. Simples - I know that if I have any issues activating next week that I will be supported.

Problem sorted quickly
After days of trying to sort out problems I had been having with my superdrug mobile experience, Joshua from the superdrug mobile team was able to make helpful suggestions. He actually resolved the problems I was having with the mobile network and logging into my account. He was very quick to respond and helped me a great deal so that I could find a solution as quick as possible the same day I reached out.
