Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. One item was cancelled a week after ordering, the refund hasn't arrived yet, and the sizing is inconsistent - one medium fit perfectly, but the other was significantly smaller. Very poor service.

Sizes always vary depending on the style; if it is a slim fit, we recommend going one size up if available, and if it is an oversized/relaxed fit, we recommend keeping the same size or going one size down for a slightly more fitted look. If you are unsure about the size, we have a size guide available on the website.
If you are still unsure about the size, you can always contact us at klantenservice@superdry.com and we will be happy to help you further.
Sadly the other item was out of stock, we usually check this for several days in case the item does come back in stock and then we can still send it.

Great quality, but losing customers due to size changes
I’ve always been a fan of Superdry’s jacket style and durability, the quality is consistently impressive. However, I’m disappointed to see that men’s XS has been phased out recently. As someone who fits that size perfectly, I unfortunately can’t purchase from the current range. I’d love to remain a customer, but only if the inclusive sizing returns. You also don't buy a jacket every year so Superdry basically lost me as a costumer for a while now. Great brand, just needs to bring back the full size run!

Great Shopping Experience with Superdry!
I had a smooth and enjoyable experience shopping with Superdry. Ordering online was super easy, and my items arrived quickly, faster than I expected!
What I appreciated most was the simple return process. I brought the items I wanted to return to the official Superdry store in Brussels, and everything was handled on the same day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the return was processed without hassle.
Overall, it was a seamless and satisfying experience from ordering to delivery to returns. I’ll shop with Superdry again!

At Superdry we want all our customers to be happy, we are therefore very sorry to hear that this was not the case.
We have checked the order and can see that the parcel came from our warehouse in England as there was no stock in our European warehouse.
On top of this, there were also strikes at Bpost which caused a lot of delays. This is therefore the reason why many parcels arrived late.
Fortunately, I see that the parcel has now been delivered on 18/2.
