Inattentive staff
Changing room was roped off.
Attendant would not permit myself and daughter to go in same changing room.

Ordered a coat in store (Colchester) that i had seen online. Lady in shop was helpful and explained the process (including trying on similar coats for size). Took minutes to order the coat and pay and 3 days later I had my coat.
