I popped into Superdry in Hull to return an item bought on line. The assistants were very friendly and helpful, they helped me find an alternative and discussed products that are simular and asked details to make sure they recommended items that would suit me. The returns process was fuss free and I would use superdry again because of the quality of service and products.

Been buying Superdry clothing for 20…
Been buying Superdry clothing for 20 years now. Some pepole say a little expensive, but I say, " you only get what you pay for"! All their clothing is well made and the colours stay forever and don't seem to wash out.
Overall, great clothes that are made really well.

Staff very helpful & polite
Staff very helpful & polite. The size I wanted in the colour I wanted wasn’t available in the shop so staff ordered it on line to be delivered to the shop & e-mailed me when it arrived within 5 days. I am very happy with my purchase & the friendly service.

I had to return some unwanted items, but had lost my receipt - Store assistant was extremely helpful and polite, and processed my refund (to a store card) quickly and efficiently.
