Poor health and safety and neglect of…
Poor health and safety and neglect of customer welfare, - constantly flickering light visible in main store for several months. Raised and reported several times. Triggering to family member who has seizures. Asked if they would consider warning other similar customers, basically told NO and they have no idea when the light might be fixed.

Great colours and perfect fit
Was overjoyed to find these chinos in actual colours, rather than just navy and sand. Nicely judged non-primary tones, too.
Was anxious about fit after a disappointing time with one of the brands aimed at older people, my expected size fit perfectly.
Also, when returning the backup sizes, we just made it for closing time (Leamington) but they kindly stayed open to process it, which surprised and impressed me.

Went in Leamington spa store looking for a warm coat as going to New York, your manager approached me and advised me what I would need. He was amazing and took time as I wanted one without a hood, he looked on line and found the one he thought would suit me, so I ordered one and it came next day. Just come back from New York and coat was brill. Thanks for the advise and service, you now have a loyal customer.
