Superdry - Meadowhall Reviews 343

My order has not arrived I ordered it to the Meadowhall store. I have contacted them and they have not been helpful and cannot contact anyone at Superdry for an answer. It is ridiculous and bad customer service and money that I I am currently unable to get back from superdry.

Bought for my son in law for Christmas in his normal size XL. It turned out to be too small. They took it back to the store & there was no larger sizes in anything they liked. They were given a voucher so it was ordered on line. It came very quickly hence 5 stars. Wonderful service!

The staff were so helpful.
The quality of the clothes was fantastic.
Varied choices in both men and women's clothes.
I bought a hoodie and my son bought a winter coat. Both exceptional quality.

Ive purchased a number of items from. Quality is excellent and most importantly the staff at my local branch are incredibly helpful and friendly.

Me and my b/f came to the Meadowhall store to look at some jumpers he had seen previously.
So we was looking at the two he liked and had a man who i think was the manager and two sales Assistants looking over in our direction and talking between themselves. This made me feel uncomfortable and like they thought we was shop lifter's or something. Neither of us steal.
But when i went to the check out to buy both jumpers we was looking at, the guy who i think was a manager walked off.

Ordered one day, delivered to store the next day! E mails to advise of progress all the way

Nice store. You don’t sell larger sizes in ladies clothing which was disappointing. I had to buy a men’s version which didn’t match the design I saw and wanted for my partner on entering the store.

Really good choice of coats and jumpers. The length of arms for me is great as I often find things too short. Staff friendly and helpful.
