I ordered t shirts on the 18th December…
I ordered t shirts on the 18th December to be delivered to Ocean Terminal branch. I’m tracker said was failed delivery on 28 December. I called the branch and they said they couldn’t do anything about it as it would be with a courier. I am now in limbo. T shirts were ordered for my holiday on 2nd January but looking like they are lost In limbo.

They asks for feedback but I did not receive my jacket. I ordered it on 15th December and I went yesterday to the store and the girl told me that my order is not ready. I had tracker and there it was delivered on 21st, so I don’t know. Might someone’s mistake might time to improve tracker.
