Ques way too long and bulk of items way too overpriced despite black friday sale everything was more expensive than pre sales ...staff were excellent though. Store itself extremely good and quality of merchandise 1st rate was just the overpricing I rated low due.

Online Customer service is obnoxious and of no help with this matter ; they offered 5£ compensation for 45£ extra cost…

I had to return to Ashford outlet…
I had to return to Ashford outlet village as my purchased jacket was missing faux fur hood lining. Staff we very helpful and found a lining that fitted. Very polite, helpful anaccommodating.

Great selection of everything however I was particularly looking for a zip up ladies hoodie.I noticed that they're not as thick as the men's zip up ones, so didn't buy one. Such a shame as one I bought years ago lasted ages and I loved it, but I won't pay same price as a man's for not such gd quality and warmth

Great staff at the Ashford Outlet…
Great staff at the Ashford Outlet Superdry Store.
After an M65 jacket for me, and a pair of specific cargo trousers for my 14 year old son. Neither in stock st the branch, but the staff located both on a tablet, ordered them with free home delivery, and both successfully delivered within two days.
Very happy.
