horrible service and terrible attitude
I bought a pair of cargo shorts at the NYC Times Square store on Friday, August 30th, for the Labor's Day long weekend trip to LA. However, I discovered that the security tag had not been removed by the cashier when I tried to wear it. I went back to the store after my trip, guess what happened after I spent 2 hours and a round-trip to request the removal of the security tag. The store manager at the NYC Times Square location coldly asked me several times, "Do you want to return this item?" without offering any apologies. Her expression suggested she didn't care at all. No wonder this is the lousiest store in such a busy area at the center of the world. Someone in that store has horrible service and a terrible attitude. This got to be a nice story to be published.

Unethical Management
Unethical Management. Goods have price tags on showing discounted prices but when it is time to pay they argue that you must pay full retail price. I have pictures of the tags with the marked down prices which they did not want to honor. Very disgusted by this company’s bad ethics and poor business acumen. Don’t support this store or brand!
