My kids knew what they needed customer service was smooth in and out simple.

So glad that I stopped in, the staff was very helpful in explaining size, fit and the versatility of the many options available.

Superdry has always exceeded my expectations about coat quality, design, and variety of products. The prices could be a little bit more affordable, but apart from that everything was fine.

The two employees there really made the experience amazing. They were polite, helpful, and super good at sales. If it wasn’t for them I would have walked out without buying anything. And they weee also patient when I didn’t know what I was looking for and could not decide.
I was just visiting from out of town and was just looking but they went above and beyond and found something I really liked and it looked good on me as well.

The store staff were very informed. Very helpful and extremely polite, very relatable. People, good people prices were amazingly better than other retailers. It's a good place and I was satisfied with a purchase regardless whether I found what I wanted to or not.

Rep forgot to remove the alarm clip.
I drove all the way home and realize it was still on the jacket. I had to drive all the way back just to remove the clip.

While costumer service is tops, the wrong item was sent. I wish I could say more positive comments about the quality of the product. Unfortunately, the fabric is too thin and for the price is should be water and wind resistance. I was disappointed.

Shopped at the store multiple times and employees were helpful and always had great sale.

Fits great speedy delivery

I love the merchandise it’s of exceptional quality and very good pricing and when you go to the store at Tyson Corner or the Outlet In Clarksburg the attendants are very helpful

Everything I order is always arrives on time. And fits me and feels so comfortable.

I went into the actual store to look for some sales. I saw a hooded sweatshirt that I loved but they didn’t have my size. The salesperson suggested I go online to find the item that I wanted. After looking online, the item was easy to find. Fast shipping too.
