Products are great, webshop needs a bit ux improvement

Products:
- great products, love to use the items
- great design & great quality, so soft!

Webshop:
- webshop would need some ux improvements in mobile and in desktop usage
- language translations aren’t quite in shape
- mobile usage wasn’t very user friendly: browsing & going to details and back was a bit painful, had to change to desktop
- didn’t show the avaibility correctly, got cancelled notification from an item even though i got it ordered
- transaction on my bank didn’t work in safari, mut in chrome it did work
- order was delivered in a small delay, but it wasn’t so bad

Everything just as promised

Everything just as promised, arrived promptly with no extra hustle.
One of my coats (have ordered several times from Superdry) had a broken zipper, with a few emails everything was fixed and I received a new coat to replace the previous one. Excellent service, excellent quality in clothes.

You should tell more clearly on your…

You should tell more clearly on your website that returning items is not free. Also not having the possibility to return web-ordered items to your high street stores is old-fashionef. Therefore I can not recommend buying from your webstore.

The Time of delivery was super great.
