Bedankt voor uw feedback. Het spijt ons te horen dat de bestelling niet aan is gekomen.
Bij Superdry willen wij dat al onze klanten tevreden zijn, wij vinden het dan ook erg vervelend om te horen dat dit niet het geval is geweest.
Wij hebben de bestelling nagekeken en kunnen zien dat het pakketje zoek is geraakt tijdens transport. Dit is dan ook de reden dat het bedrag van de zending aan je is terug betaald.
Ik kan ook zien dat mijn collega dit al samen met u heeft opgelost.

Will not be ordering again
I orderd 2 pairs of gloves online: 1) the website was telling me I needed to order again / that the order didn't go through while I could see my bank account had been debited, 2) the confirmation email got there relatively quickly but it took several days for my order to be shipped. Would have been great to get an indication of when the gloves would be shipped, 3) one of the pair of gloves I ordered had 2 left hands.

Sadly enough because of the sales ad Christmas it has been very busy, this has caused for some delays. Also it indicates your delivery when you check out on the website this is usually 2-4 working days but in busy periods 5 -8 working days.

The product is very beautiful, but the company PostNL didn’t shipped the box at my address, they sended the parcel to a point where I need to pick it up by myself.

Thank you very much for your review on returns. We really appreciate that you took the time to share your feedback on this. We have listened to the messages we have received about this, it is now possible to pay for returns via PayPal.
I understand that it is frustrating that you cannot make this payment via Ideal. Superdry is an international company and is based in the UK. When introducing paid returns, we initially chose to use credit card payments for this purpose, as this is a widely used payment method worldwide.
The system used for return payments is separate from this. The cost associated with adding Ideal as a payment method for return labels is high and this should be passed on to all returns. To avoid all customers having to pay more for their returns, it has been decided to stick with credit card and Paypal options.
Hopefully we will be able to add more in the future. If you have any problems creating your return, please feel free to contact us.
