Late delivery.
The product was what i was expecting. Delivery was a bad experience, during purchase it was expected latest on 04/12 but it was delivered to a pick up point on 05/12 and i had to drive 10km away. I was not prepared for that otherwise i would ask for a different address of delivery.

Shipping costs
It's not very nice that even spending 170 euros you still are charged for the shipping and if it doesn't fit then again you need to pay for the return label.

Coats should have labels that shows warming degree of the coat. Some coats are feather light, while others are heavy as a gold nugget. And as i learned from the salesman in the store "they are all the same in terms of filling type and heating factor"

Logistic and communication language
Because I recieved an information on your website product fulfilled but had no information where the product is. Additional I do not like that you dont offer English on all websites. I think it should be standard that there are two choices. Country and language independent from each other. I am an expat and change the country. I dont always speak the local language. I live in Italy, order for my dauther in Netherlands and dont speak both languages becuase I am German. Offer English as standard on all pages like many other brands do it.
