The worst online buying experience
Superdry canceled one item of my order after paying for it. Later, they did not offer any solution more than money refund when they delivery failed to reach me. They just said that now they parcel that was on the way to my place could not be recovered. I really wanted the items but they do not seem to feel responsible for the delivering the items. In this case, there was not compensation nor a real sorry for the situation. I spent time an resources for receiving the product that I will not be able to get because of a logistic problem. And it seems that Superdry does not even care about my problem. It is by far the worst experience I had in online buying. I am extremely disappointed and think that I will be never choose this brand again.

No service
Didn’t get my package and contacted Superdry customer service and the Post Nord, and Customer service told my that they cut do something and Post Nord just said you have to wait even they confirmed they delivery date three days ago. Now the package is on hold with Post Nord and I’m not getting this before I do something because Superdry don’t contact me back and forget about Post Nord they don’t do anything. Well you lost a customer ore shall I say one more

Uneven colored and ill-fitted polo-shirts (studio)
One of the polo-shirts (studio) that I received had uneven color. There's no info on how to exchange it in the package that I received.
I own many of the slim fit Superdry polo-shirt. The ones that I ordered (studio slim fit) doesn't have the same slim fit fitting. It's a bit misleading. The length of the polo-shirt is very long as well, looking almost like a skirt.

Can't return online items in store and…
Can't return online items in store and have to pay regular postage to return the item, which is super expensive. INSANE that they don't have a freight agreement in 2021. Won't order from them again.

Quick and reliable
