As with others, called day of party to say broken down.

6 months later still no refund.

Avoid. Total scam artists.

I don't usually leave reviews. However, I made an enquiry last minute and they were very accommodating. My son is mario mad and they did what they could to help accommodate - which they did.
The price for the package was reasonable for what was provided. My son along with his friends had the best time. They were able to work with the space and still have lots of room for dancing and games. I would book again and definitely recommend. Thank you!

Text on the morning of the party at 7am (due to arrive at 9:30) saying they had a nail in the tire. Very stressful and no offer of additional details or photo to prove this apparent nail was actually there. No solution other than 'I've passed your details on to another company'. Obviously I wasn't going to find anyone else with two hours to go. My 5 year old was so disappointed. Have now emailed to request refund of the deposit, you would think they would have sent this straight back with more of an apology but nothing.

TOTAL SCUMBAG. CLASSLESS AND CLUELESS! TOTAL DIMWIT! UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTRUSTWORTHY, LOW LIFE!

I urge others to avoid this company at all costs. Please be aware of the abysmal service received from this company. We had a booking for a 4 superheros to visit, and run a whole party. we were notified only a couple of hours before the scheduled time that the visit would be cancelled.
After waiting for an additional hour, we were informed that the vehicle had broken down the night before which made us apprehensive. There were several other issues which concerned us too and because ewe questioned all the issues they cancelled a 2 year old and 4 years party hours before it was due to start. We had over 100 people coming.

They then said they would be having a meeting with their team and When we finally received a response, and our request for a refund was addressed, the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. To avoid similar issues for others, I strongly recommend considering alternative companies.

One justification given for the delay in processing our refund was that the company is in liquidation, and our details would be passed to creditors, with a refund issued only after the assets were sold. We found this unacceptable and immediately refused this option. I was then accused of bullying and blocked from further communication for merely requesting the return of my money.

Despite having to give a rating of one star, this company deserves zero stars. The service provided was completely unacceptable, and the overall experience was a shambles.

We had a booking with this company for a hero visit and we were informed 15 minutes before our booking that they were running late. We messaged again an hour later and we were told they had broken down. We weren’t given an estimated time for their arrival and all texts were ignored for 2 days. When we finally had a response and our request for a refund was answered we’ve received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. To save anyone the hassle I would strongly recommend using anyone other than this company! One of the excuses we had for them not processing our refund was that the company is in liquidation and that they would pass our details to creditors and we would receive our money once all their assets had been sold. We refused this option immediately. I was called a bully and blocked from messaging as I was asking for MY money to be returned to me.

I have had to give them a star but I honestly wish I could give them zero stars!!! Please avoid at all costs. Shambles of a service and a shambles of a company

I had this company booked for Kids birthday on September 2023. On the day of booking they made excuse of breaking down.

I have been chasing refund since than, I have tried to contact them several times. They have now also blocked me on Facebook.

Looks like they have scammed other peoples money also.

Please beware before you use these scamming company.

I was thrilled to hire this company for their alleged multiple acrobatic Spidermen. We arranged a party specifically for these characters, only to discover that one of them was supposedly injured and unable to attend. To make matters worse, there were no other replacements available. There was no evidence that these characters even existed, and the company attempted to push a completely different party package on us. Additionally, they showed us screenshots of purchases from Amazon for party supplies, which was suspicious as a reputable company would have their own supplies and suppliers. Fortunately, we decided not to proceed with them in the end.

Please avoid this company at all costs. They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I had booked a birthday party for my son and daughter, but they canceled on the day of the event. Fortunately, we were able to find a reputable company that helped us out at the last minute. I strongly advise against using this inexperienced company.

Booked a unicorn to come visit my house for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. Absolutely phenomenal, the interaction the communication everything! They even fit us in last minute my daughter was absolutely over the moon, and really topped her special day off! Absolutely fantastic

We have had a fantastic breakfast with Superheroes at Tankersley Manor this morning!
We couldn’t believe how much was included in the event.
The Superheroes were fantastic with all the children, great activities that kept them busy all morning!
Food was amazing and overall great experience.
Really hope to see more events like this, we would definitely book straight away!

Josh came to our rescue after being let down by another company. He entertained the kids well and everyone really enjoyed. The popcorn and candyfloss went down a storm too. Would highly recommend and use him again

Went to the spiderman themed event with our almost 4yo. Well planned, great price, and a lovely experience!

Kids had an amazing time my boy has been a Hulk and Spider-Man fan since he was 2 he's now 6 so seeing Hulk there as well as Spider-Man made his day he said he wished Spider-Man can come on his Birthday next March mind then said but he can't he don't no where we live lol thanks again definitely made a 6 year old little boy who doesn't like going out especially to busy places for long day

Booked for my little boys 6th birthday party!
Was amazing from the get go. Our little one hasn’t stopped talking about being on Spider-Man’s shoulders. 100% worth the money. No stress at all for us parents josh took the party completely in his own hands! All the kids loved him and had parents messaging after the party telling me how good the party and entertainment was 🥰. Would use again on the future
