I ordered this as a christmas present and never recieved it. The courier delivered it to my bin and it was taken by the bin men. No thats not superhoodies fault but neither is it mine. They should claim back from the courier. I am being ignored! I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Still waiting for a hoodie for an order placed in November. I was sent it but it had someone else’s dog on one arm!! Promised to send before Christmas and here I am at the end of January being ignored by this company. Do not order anything from them! Items are of poor quality anyway but to actually add someone else’s pets photo is ridiculous! They need closing down!

Ordered in October last year. Told me the photo I uploaded wasn’t good enough so I asked for a refund. Was then Told the photo was good enough and it had gone to print. Said was delivered on the 23 December but it wasn’t. Emailed every day since and no one is replying to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM no product no refund

Can’t get ride of them!! I ordered an item a year ago- item itself was ok.. thin material but design was nice. However I’ve since been bombarded with emails- despite unsubscribing and emailing directly asking to be removed from the mailing list.

I ordered a personalised photo hoodie (Xmas present) on 1st December and it arrived today on 18th December.

I wasn’t aware the company was over in China when I ordered so didn’t realise it would take this long. I got worried as product hadn’t appeared and rechecked reviews on here and got worried. I needn’t have worried as my hoodie arrived today and it’s lovely!!! My son will absolutely love it. Super soft and has our dogs face all over it.

I will add it was created and shipped quite fast it was when it got to the UK it completely slowed down. Luckily Yodel in our area is ok.

Avoid

4 weeks in waiting for an order. Communication is shocking (as in non existent). My fault for not checking reviews before ordering but do NOT order anything from this organisation.

This place is a scam. Been involved in money laundering

Ordered a hoodie well in advance for Christmas took 2 months to come and it’s the wrong one,emailed several times and had no reply sent message on instagram it’s been seen but no reply they are ignoring me absolutely gutted lost 60 pound

Honestly, avoid this company they are awful and you won't get a reply when you complain to them.

Well worth waiting for! I purchased on 5th November as a Christmas present for my daughter and it arrived 3rd January. The image is brilliant, it fits well. Not the thickness of an Oodie but it is lovely and fleecy. I was getting quite anxious as there’s a lot of bad reviews on here but I’m very happy with this purchase.

Do not recommend. Quality is poor, material not pleasant to skin and delivery 2 weeks later than max date advertised.

I ordered a custom hoodie for my son on 6.12.24 not realising at the time that they were made and shipped overseas. I followed the tracking link and was convinced it wouldn't be here for Christmas, especially as the tracking had it located in London the whole weekend before Xmas. Come Xmas eve it still hadn't moved so resigned myself to it not being here for Xmas. However it was delivered Xmas eve despite tracking still saying it was in London! Hoodie is lovely and my son adores it. He's not taken it off since Xmas day apart from to sleep! I read the reviews after ordering and I was glad. If I'd read them before I wouldn't have ordered but am so glad I did, it was a great Xmas gift.

Still non the wiser as to where it is it’s now Xmas Eve.
No response from sales team after several emails sent !!
I ordered with plenty of time knowing these are custom made.
Theses were Christmas presents so I’m absolutely livid.
Plus it’s all made in China and sent from China
Not mentioned anywhere on website.
Likely be cheap made and cheap labour which I never order from places like that (Temu etc) due to the working conditions and the environmental issues.

Ordered two super hoodies on the 4th December .. still not arrived! Wish I had read the reviews first as would never have bought from them !!! Use another company folks !

Absolute scam. I ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas. I placed the order back in November to make sure it would arrive in time. There is no tracking available despite a link to track in the order confirmation email. I have email the retailer three times now with no response. I just wish I had read the reviews on trustpilot before ordering. I have raised a dispute with my bank so I’m hoping for a refund. Meanwhile I am trying to find something to replace this so my daughter is not disappointed on Christmas morning

Do not use these, I've never received my order. Courier tracking is wrong and alleges attempted delivery a week ago, which it didn't, no update since. Get no correspondence from Superhoodie when I mail them to query, so no sign of a refund anytime soon. A lost Xmas present and waste of money at a time when you can't afford to waste money. What a dissapointment.

Never received Sp5der hoodie order over $200 placed in fall of last year. All their sites no longer work either. Probably on to recreate another domain/brand and scam even more.
