Facetious owner and appaling customer service
I paid in full for a cruise from this company on Sunday 1st February 2015, by telephone their company policy is not to email, clients So when by Thursday 5th February 2015 I had received no receipt I rang to ask when I would receive confirmation.
The first person I spoke to was a man and he was very snotty and spoke down to me as if I was an idiot, telling me admin sent out receipts and I would have to wait and he put the phone down on me.
I was so angry at his rudeness I rang back and asked to speak to a manager, a man who did not give his name but claimed to be the owner was equally as rude. This man had a Welsh accent and he was so facetious and was actually laughing at me as if my concerns were stupid.
My receipt I discovered was not posted until Tuesday 3 February 2015 it must have been sent by snail mail as not yet received. This is unacceptable in this day and age when instant invoices can be generated I am a regular traveller booking my own flights hotels etc not package holidays and I have never come across such slow, rude and appalling service.
No customer service whatsover , rude arrogant people.
I have just recived a phone call from a woman called Jenny who also claims to own the business and apprently I am in the wrong. Her brother is a top seller and would never behave badly its all my fault.She also said I was shouting and I was not.
Apparently they deal with people of a "certain age" who like things done the slow way, what an insult to older people that they are not computer lterate.
I was told thery have a successful business and this appears to mean the customer is wrong and Superior Holidays are right.
