I bought a gas fire from this shop a year ago. The gas fire looked good and was told by the owner that the gas fire was in full working order although it was an ex-display model.
What I wasn't told is that the fire was turning off after around 30 mins. Been back to the shop and spoke to them on many occasions. They told me it was fully working and that they would order me a part to fit what they think which is causing them the problem.
Found out that no gas engineer wants to touch my fire as they have too many problems, not even they're own. So from the start its all been a con.
