Great price and great service. A minor "picking error" meant I received the wrong item but this was resolved immediately on the phone. A really good company to do business with.

Terrible service
Ordered on a Monday for a job the following Monday. Called up the day of the job as it hadn't arrived and I was told it was out of stock (Didn't show this online) it arrived in stock Friday and was being sent out that week. No one called or emailed to tell me any of this.
Completely messed around and now waiting for refund. Nearly another week later.
Won't be using these again, you can't organise jobs with this poor service

Bought a freezer for the shed @ the bottom of my garden. The delivery guys were happy to deliver it to the shed , so I could install it. Communication about delivery & arrival was great, I would happily recommend the company & will use in thefuture

Placed an order 26.03.26 for various…
Placed an order 26.03.26 for various items and Superlec called the next day to say that part of our order was on back order.
They shipped all of the other items, which we propmptly received the next day.
After chasing their customer services for over 3 weeks now to find out what is happening with the remaining items, we have had zero response from them.
We have emailed Sales today to see if that gets a response, but not holding out much hope and we will not be using them again.
Would suggest using CPC instead, as they seem to care.
