They would not give you your money back for a return.
The picture of a coat for sale, was very different from the one received. They must have copied it from elsewhere and try to make a similar one. However, the sewing job was really crappy- the inside of the back was crooked, the wrists belt did fit through the loop etc...I tried to return it...12 emails later with them trying to convince me to give me $16 instead of me returning it and getting full refund...not providing the return address....They eventually did (few weeks later and tons of emails). I mailed the coat back, scanned the tracking receipt and was promised money back with 2 weeks. It never happened. Another 3 emails later of them promising me to get my money back (wait time at this point 1.5month, the last person wrote to rather deal with my credit card company. Superory store is billed to you as Online HongKong Store. Not sure if this is their hiding name, so it is hard to dispute charges, but the retun address and the name they gave me was for
