Extremely unhelpful service. Called customer support several times. After having been put on hold for long periods of time, I did not get a lot of help. When the airline suddenly cancelled one of the flights, it was allegeledly not possible to change to another ticket, even though I had a flexible ticket and was promised they could change my booking. Additionally, I was charged a service assistance fee of roughly 40 euros twice, once for my initial request for changing tickets (which they said was not possible) and then once again for refunding my flight (which they said I had to do because changing was not possible)

This company is owned by Etraveli (swedish company). Exceptionally fraudelent attitude to customers and terrible services. They have refused to refund 1,500-euros to me after 2 years of trying. I don't understand why they are the only agency and online platform still waiting for the airline to responde to their refind request. I will be escalating this to a media company soon. This is unacceptable. The link you are sent to rebook your flight also doesn't work.

Strongly recommend to stay away from this company. They take no responsibility in flights that get cancelled, then they automatically book you a flight that does not fit without checking with you, and then if you have to change it, you will need to pay a service fee of around 400 NOK. It's such a SCAM. Customer service often is rude, they don't understand what you need and just send you to the airline, while the airline says they can't do anything.

I bought tickets from Supersaver in July 2021. After 6 months they cancelled my ticket and did not wanted to refund. They are bunch of criminals. Never ever buy from this criminal company. They will rob you. Stay away from this company. You will end up losing your money

The worst travel agency you can book a travel ticket with

This is site doesn’t even provide you with the actually booking reference to change or cancel your flight with the airlines . This site is almost a freaking scam. Please be aware and go spend the extra 20-50$ on the actual airline and not with this site . Customer service is non existent. I lost 400$ .

Why they dont give me my money back. I dont want to fly with this corona Covid 19. And also i have to pay for the pcr test? So i dont know why they dont give me my money back. i have voucher but i dont want to fly in this time.

Flex ticket and cancellation guarantees does nothing, and cost extra to use. Also they can also be used due to medical reasons.

No service, alot of "extra charges" and or "service fees"

This is the worst service I have ever got, I dont reccomed this agency at all. The flight was cancelled be BA, and I got a new flight in the evening instead of the morning, which was impossible for me.

So they lie to me!

I cancelled a my NOK 1000 flight and received a NOK 750 compensation from Lufthansa. SuperSaver applied a NOK 538 (!) administration fee to cancel the flight - after I had done all the work in reaching out to Lufthansa, filling cancellation forms, and so on. I will never use this firm to book my travels.

KEEP AWAY!! Customer service doesn’t exist here. Crete turned dark red because of covid. I rang them 6 times and waited hours and hours for them to pick up. They just told me to ring the airline. Norwegian said they would help them cancel the tickets if they rang them on the tel no. they have especially for travel agents. They wanted 1000kr more to even talk to Norwegian and would not cancel the tickets. Do not use this company!!!! Never Again!!!!

Because of covid our flights cancelled. But, they never refund after 18 months! Worse customer service ever!

This time I will not brag about Supersaver when it comes to travel. On 05.07.2021 I booked and paid for a trip from Oslo to Manila with a stopover in Doha and Kua Lumpur with departure on 20.08.2021. Everything went well until the journey from Kua Lumpur to Manila was canceled. Then I started calling a phone number that is on their website, but it's just a voice that picks up a whole lot of talk, no one picks up the phone. It looks like there are no opportunities to send email to them either. So now I want to warn people against having anything to do with them because it seems that they are not serious when it really matters.

Absolutely horrible.
This is a scam. We bought Flexi tickets and ended paying up a lot more. It turned out impossible to change the tickets, spent hours waiting on the phone with no reply. They will not do anything online or by email.
