Very good that one can ad several flights on the same order. Checked in bags (23 kg) are also included.

it is difficult to understand what kind of additional offers one need to buy and which ones are obliged by the air company and which ones you press forward. For example, when I booked the cheapest ticket at Aeroflot there was one piece of bigger luggage included. Now, when I booked with you I had to pay extra in order to be sure that I can get my luggage with. It looks like you are following the Ryanair methods when the final price is always higher than it looked like at the first offer, which comes up. It is just confusing

I like supersaver because it shows almost the same price as in the main page, not like other searchers that charge you for every step and then you end up paying double the price.

despite sometimes offering prices below the websites of the airlines, Supersaver and other online travel agencies try very hard to make you hire additional services that will make your trip more expensive, without necessarily clearly presenting the terms of these.

BAD Customer Service!

My initial impression of Supersaver was OK - the actual booking of the tickets, payment and so on was OK and as expected. But, after the booking transaction it was IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with Supersaver. The phone number for Norway only took me to a "travel agency" that could not help with anything apart from booking more travels and suddenly they stopped answering the phone. I was redirected to some international call center where the normal response time was one hour or more. I was told to send them an email by using a request form on their website and I did. I got an auto-generated email stating that I will hear back from them no later than a certain date and time (within 5 days). And - exactly at the specified date and time, a new auto-generated email arrived, stating that they were very busy and would contact me "as soon as possible" (??!!). My reason for contacting them was that my initially booked flights was changed by the airline to flights that were not at all acceptable to me timewise. When I called Supersaver to get some help I was told that they could not do anything about it and I had to contact the airline directly myself. This is extremely BAD customer service! Also - my booking information on the Supersaver web site did not change from my initial booking until I had actually done half my trip! Then I got emails telling me about flight changes I already knew about....My question is: What is the point of using Supersaver for booking flights when there is absolutely no help available when flight changes happen? I will definitely NOT use Supersaver ever again!

Ordering the ticket with correct personal details was a nuisance since my own details were repeatedly deleted / replaced with the details of others who had previously ordered from the same PC.. I ended up with a ticket with my name but the wrong contact details

You should have the option, ticket with a suitcase, so we do not have to answer yes or no, to all the options.

Used Supersaver several times. Always nice price,and good service.

I am very disappointed. I ordered and paid for a ticket at 15:00 but by 21:00 it was cancelled due to Technical problems. What?? I received a confirmed flight with a booking number. There were no 'Technical problems' while i booked the ticket. I now have a large amount on my credit card that will hopefully disappear but have been advised that it will take 72 hours. This is extremely bad service. If you can't sell the tickets then don't advertise them!!!!! I have used Supersaver earlier and have always been satisfied with the service but I will never again use them.It doesn't matter how polite you are at saying you're sorry I'm still really angry that you put me through this anguish!!!

Fraud... We choose One date and They gave us the wrong date.. when i called they told me to pay lots of fees to Change the ticket and So on.. so i had to travel a few days earlier

Beware, this is a scam site! Flight was cancelled, money wasn't reimbursed.

This is my 4th attempt to contact them during the past few weeks:
"We aim to give you the best possible service, and we will try to get back to you no later than: 18 July 2019 at 11:15. "
