Had the best party with silent disco
Had a great party with the silent disco equipment. It was so easy as delivered to my home and then took straight to the post office with a label they gave me. You can also get it picked back up from your home but I wasn't at home after the party. Had the best birthday ever. Would highly recommend super silent disco and will use again.

The super silent disco arrived on time
The super silent disco arrived on time, clean and well packaged. We tested it straight away and realised one of the cables to connect a device to a transmitter didn’t work. As instructed we sent a text message immediately to inform the company of this, who promised to send out a replacement cable. This never arrived which was disappointing. It is now 3 weeks since our silent disco party and despite the company having confirmed they have received the return of all items in good condition we still haven’t had the security deposit returned which again is disappointing.

Firstly, we want to apologise that the replacement cable didn’t reach you in time – that’s certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We’ll be reviewing what went wrong in this instance so we can prevent it happening again.
Regarding your security deposit – we’re very sorry for the delay. Once returns are confirmed and checked, we always aim to process refunds promptly, so this should not have taken three weeks. We’ll be looking into your order and ensuring this is resolved as a priority.

Contact Vicky earlier in the year enquiring about a Christmas Party requirement.
Quick and accurate response on all questions.
Required 40 headphones but ordered 50 ( a little overkill, but better safe than sorry and the price difference minimal). Arrived 3 days before Party date giving time to practice setting up at venue and ensuring all headphones worked, which the did( ok all but one)
Had a little panic on party day setting up with the transmitters, but a quick phone call and all sorted.(Set up instructions have since been updated)
Absolutely Fantastic service and Great Party, if you order you and your party will not be disappointed.

Great party!!
Very clear communication, a great price, friendly staff and, most importantly of all, a great fun product that gave us a super party!
Vicky and her team provided us with 22 headsets for my daughter’s 9th birthday party. They sent them a week in advance so we had to time to learn how to set them up and make our play lists - we even squeezed in a family celebration too.

Best night ever
We had a fantastic time. Delighted with the easy to use equipment and helpful instructions. We had adults and teens so the kids had their own channel! Delivery and collection was on time. Very reasonable price- all friends chipped in. Going to hire again soon for a roller disco!
