Excellent service all round. They now offer a 200gsm silk matt paper finish at a great price. I have regularly ordered 24x36inch poster prints over the last 4/5 yrs, and have always been happy with the results.
Professionally packed and shipped with decent tracking.
Good comms when requesting updates on order progress. Will continue to use and would highly recommend.

We recently used this signage company for our shop front and printed materials, and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. The quality of the prints is exceptional—sharp, vibrant, and really premium-looking—and the shop sign itself has completely elevated the look of our space.

The team were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process, offering great advice and ensuring everything was exactly how we wanted it. Installation was smooth and efficient, with real attention to detail.

If you’re looking for high-quality signage and a reliable, friendly service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We’ve had so many compliments already!

I’ve used Supersize Print for a few large banners recently. They were excellent to deal with and completed the banners well within the deadline. The finished products were exactly what we asked for and looked fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Very poor quality prints and worse customer service. One of my prints had a yellow border that was not on the design, and I have been in contact but ignored with no resolution and no refund. I have initiated a chargeback process with the bank as the quality is unacceptable. Initially I was told of delays, which was OK, but the seller stopped responding when I reported issues with the prints. Would avoid like the plague.

Superb service. This small business has really delivered, both in quality of print and customer care. We had an issue which they resolved in record time, and they were eternally patient with us! Will be using again.

Have bought a cut out before,used for charity events and it lasted for nearly a year,the new one I recieved has lasted for 2 outings,the back support has snapped in 2 and is not of the quality I expected ,would not recommend.

I have ordered 3 prints over the past month and everyone of them is of the highest quality. I like that you can check your image before you place your order and the cost of the prints are very reasonable, and last but not least I would like to mention the care that goes into the packaging, brilliant.

So pleased with our aluminium print. Great price, bespoke size, excellent order and courier communication, cannot fault the company. Even better, they fast tracked the order so we got it before xmas.

I didnt order from this company, as was quoted £65 for vinyl banner, then £85 for uk postage!
I sent email and they promptly replied, telling me to place my order, quoting around £9 for postage, as £85 was for flat print 2100 x 1500, not rolled up! However, the ordering system does not tell you this. I wonder how many folk have run out of time and paid £85 in desperation. Found another company with clear delivery charges, good rapport and cheaper.

Two photos of paintings done some years ago, two windows on a staircase that needed something and the fit was spot on! Printed onto opal/translucent acrylic and mounted face outward, nice for the neighbours - while I enjoy the inside view as well.

The printing quality is superb I’m blown away with the results and your service has been first class. I have now put the acrylic up on my wall and it looks amazing, way better than I was hoping. Excellent service and I couldn’t expect better customer care, and I shall certainly spread the word, your company definitely deserves five stars!

Excellent print quality and service.
I moved from a different supplier when their quality standards dropped, and SupersizePrint not only matched the original quality but were also half the price. Customer service is very good too.
One order got slightly damaged in transit and a replacement was sent as soon as they were notified.
All in all I am very happy with them.

2025 update - still great!

So here are the issues:

1) That picture from your phone just *won't* look good when you blow it up to massive sizes. Bigger, see, so you will notice the pixels more.

You have to use massive image files to make large print (mine are taken by others, who also know what they're doing), then I lay it out properly in a graphics package, convert any text to vector curves, and I make sure it's in CMYK not RGB colour space before sending.

Or in other words *you will need to know what you're doing* before ordering print from these people.

It's not *that* hard. I use Affinity by Canva which is now free to generate pro-looking graphic art for my little business, even though graphics is very much not my job. Lots of good tutorials for it online.

2) They're a lot (lot) cheaper than literally anywhere else. The website is clunky, sure, and the proofing options you find elsewhere are better. It still works, and this way costs less. If they brought the website up to others' levels, prices would surely go up to pay for that, so I'm relaxed about it.

3) On my latest print run I actually messed up; I forgot to convert text into vector on one of the prints; luckily either they spotted and fixed it for me, or there just was a copy of Montserrat on their machine and I got lucky. Anyway it came back perfect despite user error.

So far I've ordered quite a bit of dibond, some foamex posters, and a few magnetic signs, all great. I've had *one* problem with transit damage in four years and they sorted that for me immediately (that was in 2022).

So - this firm is not for the nervous, not for the amateur, and not for those who can't navigate a clunky website. If you're one of those, go elsewhere to get your hand held, or hire a graphics professional to do it for you. But - if you're a bit technically adept and don't mind looking up how to do things, you'll save a small fortune on print and get great results.

I've also had good and friendly service and advice from Sarah and Eithne, all via email. Never had a reason to call them.

10/10 if you know what to do

What a great company to deal with. Our Village Hall needed a new sign, and Supersize Print made it easy.
Sarah was really helpful and gave great advice on the best solution, whilst keeping the price sensible for a not-rich charity! We're delighted with the result.
Won't hesitate to use them again if we need something else.

Had 2 x A3 prints done which I received today. Excellent quality and priced very competitively at a third of the cost at Max Spielmann for the same size. Easy to use site with cropping the original photos very simple. Prompt delivery with excellent couriers who kept us well informed.

Hilariously rude woman on the phone - literally hilarious. If you think Basil Fawlty but female, you'll be getting close. Avoid. The products are the cheap end of the scale and a bit nasty.

Supersized Print were really great, helpful and produced a wonderful acrylic sign for our office.

The quality of the work was top drawer. Really pleased with our sign and would totally recommend Supersized Print.

Well, I came here to leave a review expecting to be one of the rare ones that slips through the generally positive net, but I can see that I am not alone in being unhappy - something that you'd expect a company to want to deal with to avoid going bust. Apparently not.

The product that came was of shocking quality and that is one issue that I expected to be easily solved. In any business people have issues and you just replace/refund/apologise or at least help the customer re-order, and then move on. It's part of running any successful business. It's normal day-to-day stuff.

I was looking to change contract from the company I currently use, to a new one who ships from the UK. My spend in 2024/25 was £32k and some change, so it's not a small amount of business and I think most companies would be eager to take that on if they could cope with it.

The lady (and I use that word only to be polite) is very angry, very abrupt, no empathy, no kindness...very poor communication skills. Just rude. It's quite sad to see.

Dealing with this lady made me more and more frustrated until I started to speak to her the way she spoke to me, and I regret that. I should not have been pushed to being curt, by someone being rude to me.

No resolution was offered. No support in ordering the correct item (be wary that an 'eco canvas' is a misleading name and is not in fact a canvas, but a cardboard box with the image printed poorly on to it)

The website is hard to use and glitchy - the lady had to help me at the time of ordering as it wouldn't load images into the system. Postage this time was shockingly slow, although to give an honest review they have delivered other orders much faster in the past.

I actually 'opened' my cardboard box thinking the canvas was inside - surely a shiny, lop-sided, ripped-edge box couldn't be a saleable product? Because of this the lady refused to help, although I suspect they don't help anyone. I also suspect all the reviews here that are 1 star (and there are as many as there are 5 star) are correct.

Anyway, madam slammed the phone down on me which I am grateful for because it did give me a giggle. How unprofessional. Silly for a grown woman to behave like a child.

I don't think I'll bother to login in for the reply because it will be more angry ramblings. I hope those of you who do read it, get a taste for what the company is like if you have a problem.

ps Try Photobox. We have decided to go with them and they seem thrilled to explore the business with us.
