Should be nil score. They claim to be the UK partner agency for Van Ten a Chinese Company with whom I have requested a return of a wrongly delivered item . As their bot system prevents this I have phoned SSS Ltd 6 times over the last week. Each time I am put through to ‘reception’ where an automated voice asks you five times to wait to be put through to one of their agents. Then it says they are all busy so leave a message for them to phone back. On each occasion having waited in for a call each day,no one phones. Hence they are extremely inefficient or more likely a scam.

I purchased a product (order nº 2 471 708) on 04/16 and they did not deliver the product, did not contact me and did not respond to emails. After almost 1 month they gave me a refund! This is not a trustworthy company! I do not recommend it!

Supersmart sell a lot of interesting…
Supersmart sell a lot of interesting stuff. More than jut the usual vitamins though they do all those as well. Ordering pretty straightforward - you may need to try a couple of times to get the offers to apply but they do work. I queried something and had a fairly quick sensible reply. Postage takes a couple if days but you do get good progress information. Very well packed. Bought from Supersmart a few times and will do so again.

My first order that I placed with this…
My first order that I placed with this company arrived with a missing item that I needed ASAP. When I contacted them, the representative Giovanni said this particular item required some special shipping conditions and that I would receive it 'later'. When? Who knows. Nobody warned me of this when I placed the order. They never mentioned the time frames and never answered my other emails after that, even when I asked for a refund.
After several weeks I still don't have my money back for the missing item and nobody replies to emails anymore.
I've never experienced this attitude with other companies.
UPD: After almost 1 month they finally shipped the missing item that 'required special shipping conditions' in a regular box, just like the previous items had arrived. They also stopped replying to my emails, even when I demanded a refund.

Reimbursement never processed
I cancelled my order the same day. They reluctantly cancelled after a while (1-2 weeks) and promised reimbursement. But the reimbursement never happened. Order amount was 108,56€. Two months later nothing happened. No response from customer service.
