I found out about supplementscanada when I was 16 or 17 - yes, this was 15 or 16 years ago (I am 31 now) -- I have never ordered from this website lol. Their prices are always manipulated and who wants to pay $$$ for shipping ?
Many other websites, with over 100$ purchased, free shipping is included.. but this company expects you to pay ridiculous fees.
I give my business to one or two of their online competitors. Always have slightly lower prices, and free shipping included.

Shipping only took a week after my order was purchased and order was processed in a few hours! I was worried with the reviews about this place but overall I am very impressed! They even sent me a free shaker and some samples with my order! Will definitely order again!

Same here, if I could offer 0 stars..... I would. Terrible customers service, or should I say non existent. They won't reply to emails, net along phone calls. They put on daily sales, but by the time you put them in your cart, they are sold out. They offer incentives to buy a certain amount, but once you add the freebie you chose from your cart, they are either out of stock and/or they still want to charge you for it. The website is very problematic. Time for a new tech guy. Hopefully the owner will read this and can rectify these issues or fire the staff they do have now.
I regret not finding reviews sooner
Firstly I wish I could give 0 stars... 1 is being too kind. I ordered on a Tuesday evening and according to the website "orders will be processed within 1 business day" so naturally I expected Wednesday. The website also says standard delivery to Saskatchewan is 2 business days, which I optimistically thought Friday (3 days - 1 to process and 2 to deliver). As of Friday I hadn't received a confirmation that order was processed so I tried calling, no answer on multiple attempts and no response to voicemail. Friday evening, 72 hrs later, I got an email saying Canada Post had received electronic shipment and they picked it up that evening. So the day I was hoping to receive the order, it wasn't even in possession of Canada Post. The expected delivery date is Wednesday, the week after I made the order which makes a total of 6 business days, twice what was expected. Had I known I would have ordered from BB.com as it takes less time, and that comes from USA, or paid for expedited shipping. In any event would not recommend and think twice before ordering.

Ordered 6 days ago. Supplements still haven't arrived and I haven't gotten a call or email returned yet over the last 4 weekdays. Zero customer service. The slow shipping may or may not be their fault but the zero customer service has me entirely turned off from this company. Hopefully I eventually get the products I paid for and then I'll never order from then again. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere!

Terrible customer service just like the many other reviews, wish i'd read this page before ordering from them. First off i get an email
saying they can't deliver to my place
of work (we get told to get everything delivered there and not to the staff accom)
Then between them and canada post they deliver to a place a post box which i didn't tell them to, as i don't have a key
or a post box and neither does anybody else have they key apart from the post office. so the protein and bars would be sitting in this box in negative temperatures and i only got told a week after it had been delivered abouts where it had been delivered to once i chased it up. i don't know whether its the company or the postal service they use but their was a distinct lack of communication from both. But I won't be using them again!

I Ordered 2 weeks ago 5 items for a total of 320$. I received the order 1 week later which is fine, but 1 item was missing, a value of 69.99$ + taxes.
I readed their policies and whitten an email containing ALL the required infos and pictures. Sending multiple email and also tried to call them on phone, no one answers and I left multiple messages.

The customer service is Zero !!!!!!!! We ordered the Keto brand of supplements totalling $250.00 ! We doubled up on all the products because the sale was buy one get one half off. The delivery was quick . The problem is they advertised that if you spent certain amount you would recieve incentives ! Our dollar amount we were to receive a pretty good incentive package of free things as well as an extra $20.00 off our purchase ! We did get an incentive package but it was if you spent $99.00. It’s not about the free things it’s About the False Advertising!!!! I have emailed many times and called and left messages .Not a response to any messages left or e:mails. This has been going on for almost 2 months ! I will Never order from them again and will definitely be spreading the word !!! The worst customer service and kind of dishonest. I wanted to return my order as per their rules. However, they were not responding to my emails. I returned the item anyway. After months of sending emails, they finally replied and told me returns are only eligible for online store credits. It was never written on their return policy. So I ordered something to redeem the "online store credit". This time, they sent me an item which I didn't order. I emailed them again (almost a month ago). But no reply!!!
It's best you avoid them for your own good.

My fiancé ordered a shipment from you but it was sent back because of a wrong postal code.
Your team has yet to reach out about the correction OR at the very least respond to any of my fiancés correspondences in regards to this order and it has been over two weeks since it has been sent back.
We've called, we've emailed, we've instagram messaged, tweeted and now I'm Facebook messaging. What more do we have to do to receive the product (or at the very least a response!) that you've already received payment for.
