A joke, they make you pay a fortune in handling and shipping just to take forever to evade the order and given we are talking medicine-adjacent products, they cause you real physical pain and discomfort

The product never arrived. Stay away!!

I ordered from them and the shipment did not arrive. I have tried to contact them for a refund but to no avail. Their customer service is unresponsive. I do not recommend - a scam.

Your site looks really suspicious

This is a subsidiary of Fugo. They sell fake and knock off products. There is absolutely zero ability to return anything or to address any issues. I cannot recommend highly enough that this is avoided at all costs, unless you are intentionally purchasing cheap trashy products.
On their website, it looks like you’re getting the real product but once it arrives, they have shipped you a knock off that’s not fit for purpose.

They sent me different vitamins and not the ones I ordered. I can't contact them because their website doesn't work and always shows an error.

I wanted to change my adress but it just didn't work, "something went wrong, try another time". The whole site is boarded up for communication. Ugly stuff!

Absolutely horrendous. Do not EVER buy from this company. I ordered what stated it was antibacterial cream only for it to take almost a month to arrive. Where it did it was not what I’d purchased - they’d sent scar removal cream, something different entirely. Customer service is non existent. This company should not be trading

I wish I´d looked at TrustPilot before I used this company.
I bought a product from the Spanish company and paid in Euros. I didn´t find out until afetrwards (when it was too late to cancel) that the product is shipped from England to Spain. SM didn´t sort out the customs duty, so I am in a nightmare quagmire of Spanish import duties forms. SM customer service isn´t working at the moment. They won´t help without an acocunt and their website won´t allow me to create an account. Nightmare.

This company are charging more than four times the amount other companies are charging for the same brand and quantity of Honokiol. I can only assume they have no morals whatsoever as they are blatantly ripping people off.

DO NOT ORDER, SCAM SITE!!! I ordered 2 products, two weeks later product still hasn't shipped from China and it is impossible to create an account or contact customer support. Do not give them any money, I will be looking to further legal action since they have recieved the email I sent to the webmaster, and ignored. If you do recieve your order, it is probably a counterfeit Chinese product, solaray does not produce in China so that was also a big red flag.
