Promises vs Reality – Completely Different Experience
My experience with Suprans (Instagram: suprans.china) has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
I enrolled in multiple programs and ended up investing more than ₹4 lakh in total:
* ₹1500 for a one-to-one call
* ₹9676 for a brand building package
* ₹6000 for a seminar
* ₹5000 for the Super 30 training batch
* ₹81,800 for the USA dropshipping course
* ₹39,000 for a mentorship upgrade
These programs promised proper brand building, guidance, and sales generation. However, in my experience:
* The brand was never properly started
* Learning content was delayed or incomplete
* Practical training was minimal
* Even after continuous follow-ups, I did not receive proper support
I have been consistently following up from the beginning, and chat records can confirm this.
Result:
Even after 1.5–2 years, I have achieved ZERO sales.
In addition to this, I also incurred extra costs:
* Shopify subscription ($39/month)
* Ads spend of over $1000
This led to significant financial loss, along with wasted time and mental stress.
When I raised concerns and requested proper support, I was blocked and communication was stopped. I also noticed that negative comments are removed.
I have supporting evidence including:
* Payment proofs
* Follow-up chats
* Course access screenshots
* A call recording from a former business partner explaining internal working and behavior
This review is based entirely on my personal experience.
My advice:
Please do thorough research before investing in any course or mentorship. Do not rely only on marketing claims—verify actual results and support quality.
I expect a fair resolution, including a refund for the amount invested.
