Wonderful Customer service - especially From Louise - they helped me solve my issue asap and were an absolute pleasure to deal with!!

I purchased a refurbished iPhone XR in excellent condition from Sure Mobile, but unfortunately, the battery was barely functioning. Additionally, their chatbox customer service was very poor, making it challenging to address the issue effectively.

We returned a phone after ordering the slightly wrong model by accident. Suremobile emailed to say that the phone had apparently ‘clearly been used as it had fingerprints on it’ (from handling it from the few seconds it was out of the box?), and went as far as to make up damage from where we had ‘apparently’ used it for 2 weeks before returning it. When arguing this with Suremobile, they clearly had assumed it had been used because it was returned instantly, not realizing that going to the post office to return a phone was the last of my prioritizes. The way they handled this, and the unprofessionalism was unreal. If the damage on the phone did exists, then this would have been on the phone when it was sent to us. So they either lie about damage, or send out broken phones. Highly recommend using another supplier. Thankfully I purchased this through Amazon, and Amazon were able to claim the full refund for me after an unnecessary battle.

Very pleased with the Galaxy S20 I bought. It looks completely brand new and functions perfectly. Being a bit paranoid about second hand phones, I ran Nortons on it first become moving files/data from my old phone and no threats or malware was identied. The battery lasts about a day, but that’s very similar to my old S8. Would definitely use Suremobiles again.

Took a chance on an acceptable condition, S20 5g.
Not only was it 50 quid cheaper than one that was classed as renewed, elsewhere, but it's in almost perfect condition. Tiny bits of wear on the corners of the case and a very small chip to the left front corner of the case (not screen). Back of phone looks perfect, the screen looks perfect.
They also included a new fast charger and fast cable.
10/10 would recommend 😊👍Really surprised at the excellent condition of the phone.

Just purchased a refurbished iPhone 7 Plus to replace my old one.phone arrived 2 days later as promised not only did the phone look brand new but the battery life was 100% what more could you ask for and the price £120 can’t say better than that will recommend and use again when the need arises, don’t normally do reviews but after this instance I think other people should be helped with there decision
