Sincere apologies for the delay in delivery.
Goods are normally delivered within 72 hours of the next working day.
In your case the next working day was the Monday so you should have received it on Wednesday.
Very unusually and for reasons I have not been able to ascertain your order was not shipped until Tuesday 20th March. Delivery was attempted on Friday 23rd March at 13.52 but you were unable to accept delivery but you were able to collect it drom the post office the same day at 15.12.
Once again all I can do is apologise for the late delivery and hope you are pleased with your purchase.

Good service; would use Surfmountain again.
1) I received tracking updates of my order which was very helpful.
2) I would have appreciated a returns application form with my order rather than having to phone the company to get information regarding downloading one then getting someone to print it as I do not have a printer.
3) I was pleased to receive my refund promptly. The only reason I returned the item was because it was the wrong size.
