Awesome customer service I had the pleasure of speaking with Frankie and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the promptness and quality of service.

I has a conversation with a member of management who is the director of operations. It was some of the worst customer service and communication that is possible from a member of management.

This review is not about my trading abilities or the Surgetrader platform. The customer service during what the company called "technical issues" was none exisetent. All everyone kept saying was be patient. Well, after a month my patience ran out. That is when I got terrible customer from management. Members of management are supposed to fix problems not make them worse.

I had questions about the programs and Dan explained everything that raised my eyebrows to my hair line so in the overall great customer care, However I felt like Dan was not trying hard enough to convince me that I had nothing to worry about regarding legal formalities of the company I mean after the My Forex Funds scare, Every one of us making a living or trying to through trading felt a knife at our throats. But I am optimistic about these guys....Lets GO!

I just hate this company.
Passed my 100k acnt after paying 20% extra for 90% payout i made 3k profit on 100k and withdrawing 3k on 30 days period of waiting my account was breached ??? WT..
Their daily drawdown is 5% and max is 8% then how the hell in the world account breached after withdrawing 3k which is still i have 2% left for the day and 5% left for the max drawdown.
They also don’t pay refund of your challenge and support takes hours and hours to come online when you are not there they will close the ticket. No one response in a group chat.

I know the rules of account gets lockdown to starting balance when you withdraw but not when your buffer is still left or 3% withdraw max you make.
So basically what support is saying “if you have 100k live account and you make $100 and withdraw $100 you will breach your account” as they lock the account to starting balance…
