dan helped me out on a sunday afternoon - great support folks!

I tried buying an audition but I keep getting an error message when I input my billing information. I contacted support and they told me I had to pay with wire transfer but I didn’t even get that far. It seems their customer support is subpar and the firm is probably not selling anymore auditions. If I had a problem with placing an order several weeks ago, and tried ordering today with the same exact issue, they must not want anymore people to buy auditions. Wonder why????

With Dan it was an easy and understandable experience, he solved all my problems.

I had a lot of questions and Dan answered them all very clearly. it was very helpful. I will be doing my challenge tomorrow. :)

They don't accept credit cards at all.
It's very suspicious that they once allowed credit cards to purchase their auditions and all of a sudden without any notice, they removed their credit card service. Must be really shady as I'm guessing many customers were requesting a chargeback.

If you want to pay for their fake auditions, you will have to WIRE TRANSFER via bank account.
They also will close your trades without you knowing and cause your account to "breach".

If you join their discord server, they try to make it all seem like everything is working perfectly fine. But in there, you will see that there are a lot of users having problems that aren't being resolved.

In general the Surgetrader audition is ok. The floating drawdown limits make it more difficult than some other prop firms but the once of audition is a plus. What is extremely annoying is the limited assets available to trade. Even less after getting funded. Although they claim Copper, Nat gas, and softs are trade able it not. After multiple emails to support they still didn’t get that it’s not available on their own platform.

SurgeTrader is by far the best prop firm and I highly recommend! Their website is very easy to navigate and easy to understand, there are no hidden fees or agenda, everything is absolutely clear! The best thing about this company is their customer service! Audrie was absolutely amazing today her responses were very timely and she helped to resolve my issue quickly, Thanks again! I don’t believe there is another company that responds to customer support emails faster than SurgeTrader! I am very confident in recommending them to anyone who is interested in trading!

One of the worst experiences I ever had: I was literally decieved by this company and their misleading terms and conditions, had to beg their Support team to process my payment and wait 3 weeks for my payment to be processed, and their Support team was useless at all.

I purchased the audition account on January 8 and made the payment via a bank transfer. I wrote an email to their Support team almost every single business day, they kept denying to have recieved the payment. I contacted my bank to figure out why my transfer did not reach SurgeTrader yet, they confirmed that the payment was succesful, they provided the transfer confirmation, and all other information about this transaction. Of course I provided the bank confirmation to the SurgeTrader a lot of times, I even had to provide the private chat transcript I had with my bank representatives just to prove them that I made a payment. They anyway kept on denying to have recieved the payment. So 3 weeks passed, the Suport team still denied to have received my funds, so I did not get my audition account. Finally, I found emails of Director of Operations and Chief Revenue Officer, and wrote an email to them explaining my issue, in several days SurgerTrader's Director of Operations could finally locate my payment and they provided the audition account. And in total this whole process took 3 weeks.

Then, I was finally glad that I had my account, but when I accessed my account, I saw there were not Share CFDs at all!!! In the terms and conditions they wrote rules regarding trading share CFDs. I chose SurgeTrader because they were one of the fews firms to provide trading with single share CFDs. After I found out that they did not provide trading with single share CFDs, I wrote to them, and they said that they stopped offering trading with single share CFDs. But when I purchased their audition account in the terms and conditions they clearly indicated rules regarding the single share CFDs. This is misleading. This is deception!

Why do they provide information on single share CFDS in their terms and conditions when they actually stopped offering trading with singe share CFDs. This is clearly deception and violation of consumer rights.

First, they delivered the audition account very late, and I have to beg them to process my payment, and provided them with a lot of evidence of my bank transfer which of course they denied until I reached their Director of Operations.

Secondly, they decieved me with their misleading terms and condtions.

And after all these violations, I required a refund, of course, which they also refused.

Just keep away from this firm. This firm and its CEO is already engaged in ponzi scheme. Google it "SEC Charges Florida Resident with Operating $35 Million Ponzi Scheme that Targeted Church Members".

And now they still keep on making violations and decieving people.

I am a victim of their deception and misleading terms and conditions, and I require the refund.

I had some unanswered questions and decided to ask every and anything. Surprisingly, this gentleman by name Dan was so detailed and patient in dealing with me. His knowledge / understanding is top notch!

Just google the CEO and her husband. Surge sent an email stating that they are going to switch from live funded accounts to virtual accounts on New Years Eve at like 8pm and if you want to get your funds out, you must do so before midnight. Also, you try to buy a challenge and there's an error when you input your billing information. Sounds like everything is crumbling over there.

The company is really great that you can count on. They are honest and ensure clean financial transactions. I have been trading with them for over a year. Great products, and customer service.

Had signed up for an audition and due to some reason Surge changed their policy. They gave us the option to either continue or opt out and get a refund.
I chose to opt out and got my refund as promised.
Rebecca Fields has been extremely helpful and understanding.
Hoping to restart with Surge once things get sorted out.

Due to a system error, or perhaps another unidentified issue, my stop-loss limit did not activate, and I was unable to exit the trade. Consequently, I reached out to the help desk. After several exchanges, they resolved the problem. I found that their help desk responds quickly.
