Rude and disrespectful staff

Unfortunately a good cause let down by incompetent and rude staff.

I wish I could say I had a good experience however I was treated pretty disrespectfully.

It has tainted my whole view of the company and I see how much money is potentially wasted instead of going on a good cause.

Edit - thanks for the response. That’s more than I was expecting given how you completely ignored my previous correspondence. However it’s an insult to suggest I don’t know who you are - the Surrey Wildlife Trust based in Pirbright. But also somehow unsurprising you don’t know who I am which kind of proves my point.

Your curt second reply is more what I expected. This matter has been going on for months. I gave you over half a dozen chances to resolve it and you couldn’t be bothered. It takes a public message for you to leap into action. That speaks volumes.

Great business advert.

Dear Anna, I was very sorry to read your review. Surrey Wildlife Trust take customer service very seriously. I have spoken to all the relevant relevant departments and no one is aware of any issues with the public. I also cannot find your name on our database. Please would you be kind enough to let me know whom you spoke to or in what capacity you were dealing with us?. If you would be happy to let me know more details I will look to rectify any issues you experienced. We often get mistaken for other charities and I hope this might be the case in this instance. Kind regards Jennifer

In reply to your last message.
Dear Anna,

I certainly was not trying to insult you, I am sorry if you read my message that way. I was hoping I could look into this issue for you, but as you do not wish to provide the relevant information that I politely asked for, there is nothing further I can do. Best wishes.

Kind regards
Jennifer
